I have been going here for literally decades primarily because they track my results over time and the scheduling is so easy on line. Sandy is the best and I’m sad she might be retiring. Lab reports are understandable and well formatted.
I took off one star due to a recent experience. I came in with lab orders from 3 different ordering docs. I saw a phlebotomist that I had never seen before. She complained and grumbled from the minute I walked in. You can’t come in with this many orders, she told me and said she would only draw some of my blood. No thanks! I called a district manager who apologized and agreed with me. Any rules or limitations should be given in advance. Who wants to be stuck more than once! Only problem in years though.

The person who drew blood made a mess. I've been to many blood draw sessions at this location which were fine but today's one hurt the most and I've never seen the person before. It doesn't look like a needle was inserted at the blood draw site, it looks more like half a inch of the upper layer of the skin was pulled out with the needle. There was more than normal bleeding, the arm is aching, and, now it's causing a fever.

When the regular staff is on board the atmosphere is very pleasant and professional. Sometimes temp staff is all business.

I arrived on time to my appointment and check in was easy. I was brought back to one of the rooms promptly. The blood draw was quick and easy. The woman who took my blood was very professional!

The office was clean and the staff friendly, but they overly rely on technology for scheduling, billing, results etc. You cannot connect to a live human when you call! Every extension is a pre taped message. This is very bad for customer service.

Three years in a row the computer has no record of my requested scheduled blood draw. Luckily the staff was kind enough to squeeze me in.

No way to contact them by phone. They quite literally divide you from the doctors calling and then hang up the phone on you. They claim you can easily access help via the website but that is a lie.

Staff was very rude to me, and they were late calling me in for blood work. They are slow and there are better places worth your time.
