I was in the store today, Francesca helped me find and buy some Chaga face cream and soap. I always have a great experience in this store! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Products are always high quality, and the user experience is always good. I like this shop a lot and I'll be back to buy more Chaga products when I run out!

Went here for the first time on Sunday and the ladies working were so helpful and nice! Just used the soap, scrub and lotion and I am blown away!! My skin has never been this soft and I smell fantastic! Definitely will be back soon!! ?

I work at Lush and even I use their products! Their Death Wish body cream is my favorite, and I try to pick up as many as I can when I'm there because of it being limited supply. The employees are nice and aren't pushy at all! Seems like a nice location to work/be in!

I was introduced to RAD Soap this past Christmas when I received a bar of Ralphie's soap as a stocking stuffer. After one use I was immediately addicted! Rad Soap Company's entire line of products is simply outstanding! I recently tried their Death Wish Coffee Sugar scrub with what they refer to as highly caffeinated Shuga-Bubs! I can attest that it lathers, exfoliates, rejuvenates and moisturizes better than any other product I have used. I cannot imagine a morning without it. Thank you RAD Soap Company for bringing to market such great products!!!!

I heard from a partner that she got soap as a first date present and loved it so I went to check out Rad Soap and was happy to hear they were a small business with all the products made by two brothers.The soaps and associated products they sell, such as stuffed animals you can "feed" bars of soap and then use to clean up and bar soap were all fragrant, clever, and reasonably priced for luxury soap.I recommend this as a go to for date gifts and partners you want to get something special for Valentine's Day.

I don’t go in here often because the products are a bit out of my price range and honestly I’m not really a fan of most of their fragrances— not that they’re bad, they’re just not for me (I like “toke” and the “skin therapy” fragrances, though). But, every time I’ve been in employees have been very friendly and helpful, and it seems like the stuff is good quality.

Rad soap bars are the only soap I will use for about a year now (typically main squeeze is my all time favorite)Well today I went in and purchased (with the upmost help from 2 of the sweetest employees) the cherry almond soap bar and body butter and I am obsessed. My skin is glowing and beyond soft and hydrated. I also bought the ouch salve (10/10)The pumpkin soap bar (haven't tried yet) and a few of their Chapsticks ( the cherry is 10/10) which I am in loveeee with. Thanks for being such a great company!!! My skin would be lost without you guys ?

I live in Florida and have spent an unimaginable amount on RAD products over the years. I will 100% never buy or use again. I normally send huge orders to family as gifts and to myself. I was visiting Albany last week, went in the store, expecting to spend $100 or so. The woman working was rude beyond description. Welcome to NYS. I foolishly bought something my mother wanted and regretted it but have definitely never been treated so rudely in any store.

I love this soap!! I took a chance and ordered some and it was the best decision!! I had something ( I dunno what and doctor couldn’t tell me) going on with my skin. A terrible rash/breakout and the ? Moon ? Rocks and the Kryptonite bars CRUSHED it!!!!???? I could tell from the first use that it was going to finally help me!!? And today is my birthday ? and rad sent me 200 points, which earned me a 25$ credit!! You earn points when you purchase to earn credits. Thank you so much!!
