I am posting to recognize one of your employees, Andrew. He was absolutely amazing to work with and very understanding regarding our copier issues (error message and toner). He was courteous and responsive to our needs. Andrew stayed late on the project yesterday and today trying to get us back up and running quickly. He even sourced a new board for the copier as he understood we had been without printing capabilities for several days. Andrew originally thought it would be a couple of days at the earliest to receive the new board.Lastly, he identified the issue regarding the scanner and that with a new board we would need to work with our IT vendor to fix the issue. His professionalism and tenacity to come to a quick resolution was refreshing. Thank you for having such a skilled and excellent representative of your company, and thank you to Andrew for being you!

Repeated problems with printers and have gotten no solutions. Getting someone to answer the phone is also a problem. Waiting on another call back today....

Over the last 20+ years Baptist Health and Repeat Business Systems have built a strong, satisfying business relationship that I believe has benefited both companies. They are easy to work with, reliable and most importantly honest. I have been doing business with them for the last 7 years that I have worked at Baptist Health and I could not speak any higher of every single individual I have come into contact with. Everyone from the technicians to the sales and support folks and especially Dawn the president and owner of the company. My company has worked with Repeat Business Systems for many years. They have always been reasonably priced and responsive for service. I recently purchased a used copier/printer/scanner from them to replace the very old unit they had been limping along for me.Unfortunately, there was a problem with the initial unit they procured for me. My sales rep Ashley, and the management team, really stepped up to make sure they got another one for me right away to replace the bad one.I couldn't be happier with the service and value provided and the quick response to the initial problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We used Repeat Business Systems to bring two Ricoh MFDs into our office, when previously all we had was an old HP printer. What a difference a purchase can make! Since then, Repeat's staff has been great at keeping our used equipment operational, and they're always quite courteous.

The staff of Repeat Business are always prompt, courteous and take pride in doing a good job. My older office equipment got a thorough cleaning and maintenance care and looks and runs like it's new again!

Extremely happy with this product. With the adjustable hinge feature in the back of the machine, I can now make copies of training manuals, binders and my other bulky books! There is no more glare and awesome quality, can not thank Repeat Business Systems enough.

We had an especially great experience with Dean, the Field Engineer from Repeat Business. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional on a recent service call to our business. We were having some major copy/printing/scanning issues and he was able to solve our problems quickly and efficiently and responded to our every request.
