Nice selection of items. Decent prices and great clearance section. Staff was helpful, friendly and patient. Store was clean and things were spaced out as they could to practice social distance. Will return in near future.

I had never been to a Rue21 store prior to a few months ago because I thought it was a pricey type of clothing store, but I decided to check out the one in Crossgates when shopping around in the mall one day. Absolutely blown away by the low prices for the quality of the clothes - and they actually have things in my size that fit me! Great plus size selection, staff are usually always nice and friendly (never had an issue with one to date), the only thing I would say is an issue is that many of the clothes on shelves are often thrown around and unorganized, although that is often a result of ignorant customers and not always staff. Better selection online, great rewards program, and great pick-up in store service due to the virus.

The service here is terrible and a wonder how it stays in business. I see multiple employees yet the store is never stocked or clean. The staff here isn’t not friendly at all. They seem like they’re working for free and are forced to be there. Or me shopping there’s is an inconvenience because I am interrupting there social life on there phones. I’ve also seen children playing around the store and behind the counter. Not sure who the children belong to because the mother or father weren’t close by. But I hope for the safety of the children this isn’t an on going thing. I hope someone in the higher chain of command look into this. This isn’t how you run a business. And as a customer I shouldn’t have to bring these things to someone attention. But now that I’ve I hope to see change and growth in this store and in its staff.
