This is the worst business account I've ever had.
- Currently on their web portal, and can't submit transfers. Nothing happens.
- offshore call center and NO LOCAL PHONE NUMBERS
- If your account is suspended, there's no notification. You just get an email your transfer failed, the day it's supposed to go out
- The call centers cannot do transfers and supervisors refuse to get on with you. they refuse to transfer to local numbers. "Go into the bank"

Yahaira was incredible! She really got it done for us. Went in looking to get an auto loan and hopefully hear something about it within a few days, nope, she had us out the door and in my new car that day! She was really amazing and I cannot overestimate how much she helped!

I really like the Sefcu app. It makes it easier to manage my bank account and to transfer money without having to go to the bank.
