One of the worst banks possible. If you're even a cent in the negatives, they charge 28 dollars and put you more into the red. Even if you catch it as it happens. Call services hang up on you 9 times out of 10. And if I mess up on my pin once, it locks my card for a whole 24 hours. Please take your money and move it somewhere else

To sum it all up, i truly miss Capcom. I hate the Broadview app, the telephone banking, and branches. Just completely unhappy.

This is a review of the organization, not this branch. Take your hard earned money and go far far away from SEFCU. Service has continued to deteriorate over ten plus years. Random charges, no hours, no locations, non-working apps. I’m over it.

The slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been here for 45 m and counting and 2nd car just finished getting helped. It doesn’t and shouldn’t take that long to help 2 customers. My transaction took over 10 mins and I was given someone else’s debit card.

Every single time I go the drive thru line is almost an hour wait!! So be prepared to waste absurd amounts of time and gas ??
