Have been to this branch a few times and though one of the tellers was very kind and professional, the rest seem inexperienced and the platform rep wasn't impressive either. I would recommend sticking with other branches.

Would not recommend for a home loan. Not the best when it comes to communication.

I have been a customer with SEFCU/Broadview for more than two decades: I have a checking account with them, a savings account, and a credit line. I personally have never had even the slightest negative experience with them. Everything has been 100% above par. I did have a couple of instances where my checking account was compromised & unauthorized purchases were made. They rectified the situation & had the money back in my account within 24 hours. Their customer service department is excellent. 👍👍

Took swift action and accountability when an issue arose with a checkbook shipment. Have been with them since SEFCU, and am consistently pleased by the quality of customer service.

We have been trying to get our money out for about 6 months because someone put my Son birthday wrong, it doesn't get fixed by next week we will take action. If you can get us a new bank card in person we would be happy and keep bank with you.

Since the merger, this bank has hit rock bottom. The incompetence is shocking. The fact that they got away with the yearly book statement of all your credit card purchases, shows the level of incompetent management. Yes, let's get rid of something our members need and love. Because of this, I have been trying to get my 2022 statements. Only to find out they can't go back that far!! It's 2 years ago!!! So last year, they deposited my state and Federal return in the wrong account. This month, they sent my personal information and statements to the wrong email address. This is a direct breach of privacy laws. The manager Whitney acts like it's no big deal. Yesterday, he resent some text files. They are not my statements. He has sent me this same email 5 times. I guess he must be a new hire. I am sadly leaving the bank after 20 plus years. Gone are the glory Capcom days

They have been charging me for an in-house auto pay from a closed in house account I once had. And telling me it was my fault that they didn't close the auto payment when they closed the ac account. They are thieves! I have called multiple times to solve this. Notes come up missing, and then they appear. Depending on who you talk to. Phone calls are not returned. The service literally sucks! Update: after literally over a year of bs from this bank they finally sort of settled this issue. They set the balance to zero and stopped billing me. Yet, they owe me money and the supervisor said nothing to that affect. They literally steal from people!

Simply put I had been with Cap Com for 17 years, and Broadview is a mess. Questions can't get answered, old accounts on my snapshot, Supervisors,/Managers don't want to come to the phone.
I don't care how many branches you have, I have found another credit union and taking my money there. Roy

I was perfectly happy with capcom and since the merger am aggressively searching for a new financial institution. At capcom you could go to any line and get a replacement debit card now you have to sign up and wait in the lobby for what used to be an almost instant transaction. The online banking used to show things in real time, now balances aren't adjusted for a day or more after a purchase but if you make a purchase and things haven't updated you end up with an insufficient fund charge... it's 2024 and I'm using online banking I should not have to keep my own leger to avoid charges from the institution. In my opinion they made something that was good into something that stinks.
