Not reviewing this specific store, but the company and product in general.I ordered my sleep number bed back in April. Spent several thousands of dollars on a nice mid-level memory foam mattress.The delivery folks dropped off my mattress, still covered in plastic, in my bedroom, did not set it up, and forgot the pump for the bed.Called customer support, and they sent me a new unit.New pump comes in the mail. Set my bed up, and the pump in the setup process will not connect to the wifi network provided. (I have 5 other devices connected to the 2.4 and 2.4 guest network)Call customer support, they try some troubleshooting steps, and attempt to send me a refurbished pump without my knowledge.Call customer support again, request a new pump. Customer support states they will call back with an approval for the new pump.Customer support never calls back.Call again asking for the new pump, they send the new pump.New pump comes, does not connect to the wifi network.Call customer support again, offer me a 200 dollar credit for my issues, and elevate my case to a specialist. They state I would receive a call back within the next few business days. It has been a week and a half since then.They will charge me if I try to refund and send the mattress back per our last conversation. I have now accepted the fact that I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars. The bed only adjusts off of a Bluetooth function via the app, and does none of the advertised features. I am a young guy, (in my 20’s,) and am well versed in networking. There is no reason this product shouldn’t be working as intended. Please understand that if you purchase something from this company, you might waste hours of your time on the phone with customer support, with no resolution for a bad product. I fully regret this purchase, and do not recommend supporting this company. Many of my family members have also purchased products, I will be notifying them of my experience.Sleep Number, if you’re reading this and care, feel free to give me a call to resolve this issue. If this review is still up, I have not been contacted.

Before you buy into the sales pitch, make sure to ask them to explain their warranty, and look up the numbers poor reviews.I bought my bed in 2019, an Eastern King, with two air chambers. One side started to not hold air after a year. I called and got a replacement for both sides since they ship as one unit. Good thing I held onto the second chamber because the one in the other side started leaking a under a year later.Now the second one to fail has failed again, but I'm in the "prorated" warranty period, which means I'm paying part of the replacement cost. One of those little things that isn't discussed by their salesperson.Now, the bed cost a lot, and they have me paying to replace their shotty materials after 4 years? Mind you this is the THIRD CHAMBER TO FAIL IN THAT TIME. Try his is not an isolated thing, check the reviews for yourself before you sink money into this bed, because it isn't going to stop as the bed gets older, and they DO NOT stand behind their product.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. The bed was ordered with the frame. Only the bed came. The delivery was delayed due to an "emergency" which we later found out to be false. I've now called countless times to remedy and the company continued to try to up-sell me. The store was no help. I then asked to return this bed (with their advertised "free returns") only to find out there are hidden restocking fees and ridiculous delivery fee that is non-refundable. I also have had to wait another month so I have to pay the credit card bill to avoid interest. Company won't refund me other than a charge-back which doesn't help. Beware of the horrible, unprofessional customer service. The bed was uncomfortable, did not function properly with the adjustments and a complete waste of money. I've been waiting for my money back for months. Avoid at all costs!!

We’ve had our sleep number bed for just under 2 months. I can’t believe how often I’m telling my husband that this bed was the biggest waste of money. We wake up every day with back pain. I had my number set higher than my husband’s and all night I was rolling to his side of the bed like I was rolling down a hill. It feels like an overly inflated balloon under me. My mid section is higher than my feet. If I lower the number, I feel like I’m being swallowed by the bed. I don’t recall the bed feeling like this in the store. To top it off, we got the adjustable base, which is unable to be returned. So even if we return the mattress, we are stuck with a base. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We went in-store on 11/11/22 to purchase a bed. We were given a delivery date of 12/08/2022. As the day approached we were notified we would have the mattress delivered between 12;30-3;30pm. We moved our furniture, took off from work for the day, and stayed home. On 12/08 sleep number sent me a TEXT message at 2pm notifying me delivery was changed to 12/10.I call the company to find out what happened and they couldn't tell me anything, only that the date has been changed. I am guaranteed they have it listed as an express/important delivery due to the first blunder.It's now 12/10. We again clear our schedule, take off from work, move furniture and stay home. And again at 2pm I get a text that delivery is now rescheduled for 12/27/22.I cancelled the order at that point. $10,000.00 and the company can't seem to actually deliver the product we pay for, and seem to think their customers are always at home doing nothing. Insanity.The customer service has been horrendous.The ONLY positive is that our salesman was pleasant and made the beginning of the process wonderful. From there on it was downhill. Very disappointed.

I bought a mattress almost 3 years ago. It’s terrible. My wife and I both hate it. It’s not comfortable at all. The settings go from too soft to too hard so we have no comfort. I asked the store and online if they do a credit towards a new one I was going to buy the best one they had. They both said no. I’ll be danged if I get burned a second time. I have been on $400 Amazon foam bed that was better. Go somewhere else I paid $3,400 and hate it the top of the line is $11,000.

Customer service at the Sleep Number store in Crossgates Mall, Albany NY, is horrible! I bought my bed from them, which included the dual temp pads, and only the bed was delivered. I called and spoke to the store many many times to find out where the dual temps were and kept getting told they were trying to have someone bring them to my house and install them. Three weeks later and still no dual temps. Finally they were delivered via UPS, but again, no one to install them. Now we’re on our 4th week with no dual temps and no one’s called me back to let me know when someone will be out to install them. I shouldn’t have to call everyday to get a status update when paying several thousand dollars! Not to mention, the 2 guys who delivered the bed were extremely rude and wouldn’t show me how they were installing the air pump for the bed. My advice, go to the store to try out the bed but DO NOT order it from them!

We were greeted in a friendly manner, had the advantages of the mattress explained to us and were shown how it feels. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I was in about 3 months ago tried 3 beds. But didn't get anything. Went back in Saturday and I left with the contract for an ILE. So looking forward to the delivery of this bed. I recommend albany ny sleep number and Maureen to anyone.

After careful consideration and research I went to The Sleep Number store to make my final decision to purchase a new bed. Maureen was knowledgeable, enjoyable to work with and no pressure. She showed me the body mapping that clearly showed my back pain area and the relief as she changed the settings. I am so excited to receive my new bed. I think it will be life changing. I appreciate the time she took and the care to cleanliness and safety measures during the process.
