Not only was he professional and respectful,he was just a nice guy to a have a conversation with. J. took 1 look at it and assured me they were fake
notices and just a means tonaccess my credit card info. He is AWESOME, and I so appreciated his kindness and expertise. He'll be my IT guy forever.

I went to one computer store and they automatically just wanted to buy a new keyboard, that's understandable for my issue. But Spaulding Computer went a little bit further and informed me that I did need a new keyboard, but it would be useless due to not being able to upgrade to windows 11. He was 💯 right. He didn't have to inform me of this but he did instead of me just wasting my money. Thank You, especially at a time like this.👍🏼👍🏼💯💯

Helped me run diagnostics on my son's computer to determine if his graphics card was adequate for gaming. Extremely helpful, explained things in terms I could understand, and very reasonable price for his time and expertise.

Found this place rather randomly while looking for somewhere to recycle an old (nonfunctional) laptop and have the hard drive destroyed. I was fully expecting to pay at least a small fee, but to my surprise and delight, it was totally free. Dropped the thing off, in and out in under five minutes. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future electronics recycling needs! Helpful and friendly staff too.

I needed help with two of my tablets gone awry, then my laptop...TJ was able to help me out three times on the spot, I live about 40 miles away so was very glad for that. He's always cheerful. Definitely recommended!
