We went to switch to spectrum mobile to try to save some money went through the full process told us that they we qualified, and they would pay our phones off up to $1500. Paid our phones off ($922). Submitted all the proper paperwork, but now they say that they can only reimburse me up to a maximum of $500 ! complete false advertisement they’ll tell you anything just to get in the door and then make you chase them around in circles just for them to say well there’s nothing else we can do. It’s an Absolute joke

My husband and I received EXTRAORDINARY customer service from Kavon Walker on two occasions this week as we made the switch from FIOS to Spectrum and for new mobile service. Not only was he extremely helpful, he was kind, patient and personable. Kavon is a real credit to Spectrum and he is to be commended.

For what usually is thought to be as bad a s a stop to the Dmv. I have to say it wasn't bad. They kept a incredibly long line moving along. When it got to my turn. They answered my question and got me out of there nice and quick.

Huge store with great knowledgeable staff willing to help you make best choices for services and devices. Sometimes there is a wait time, but time goes by quickly and orderly. Store is clean and well organized with comfortable and convenient seating while waiting. They always have latest devices and gadgets in stocks which is great if you them need right away.
