I called to find out about getting service and the pricing. Turned out it was not a good fit for me and I cancelled. Since then I have been receiving calls everyday non stop. I submitted a BBB complaint in an attempt to have this company remove all my data from their system and never contact me again. I feel like I'm being harassed because every time I answered and asked them to stop calling clearly didn't do anything.

Great experience today purchasing new iPhone “Nazz Williams” was the person I worked with extremely professional very knowledgeable high level of customer service. Would recommend her to anyone.

Mark was really great. He helped us with iCloud backup, walked my wife through and handled a complete data transfer as part of her purchase of a new iPhone 15 Max, and even comped a phenomenal new Xumo stream box. We were really treated well and truly appreciate his superior professionalism and courtesy. Well done!! Thank you, Mark.

Just received a gift the new ultra 2 Apple Watch, went through the setup process and everything looked good. Unfortunately the cellular connection wasn't working even though it said it was connected. I called spectrum to help fix it, but not only did they not fix it they disconnected my phone. How does this happen. Terrible customer service and no follow up.

You may feel inspired like several of the reviewers below to complain about poor service and long wait times. Please take a step back and realize that it's not the employees or even the store manager's fault. You really need to leave them alone. They are just the face of an evil, terribly ran, giant corporation directed by a small group of greedy maniacs. Everything you experience that is bad is a product of a man who is now worth more than $112,000,000. So the next time you want to scream and yell at an employee or manager - don't. They are stuck in the wheel of doom trying to earn a living just like you are. It's no longer 1994 (although your $20/month cable box is)... you can cancel and try other Internet/TV services now at a fraction of the cost. ✌️

Very pleased with Luis Rivera who really explained every single question that I had about services and phones and plans!! He was able to help me get to keep my phone number AND get me two of the slickest damn phones I've EVER seen (Pixel 8 pro).Luis made me feel welcomed to Spectrum Mobile. I was also very pleased with the whole store and it's complete atmosphere!! The fact that they had in stock and ready to make life better, everything one would really need to have an epic mobile experience, was the icing on the cake.Even though I only primarily dealt with Luis, the entirety of the crew that I did see on the floor helped every customer who came in with upmost satisfaction!!

Well I recently became non ambulatory and have nothing but internet to entertain me... I've had three days this month of no internet and then intermittent in the internet for the rest of the month they call you and text you about the money you owe about 2 weeks before your due date okay I understand all that that may be protocol and that's your practice and that's how you do business and that's okay with me at any rate the phone when I call on the phone the lady on the telepromp was telling me I was due on the 21st or else my service would get interrupted today's the 20th when I got up at noon time they cut my service off now mind you I had this account for over 20 years and I'm not going anywhere you understand what I'm saying but to treat somebody like that specially when I had three days with no internet in here and the rest of the month it was intermittent I just think that's bad business practice you know and when it was Time Warner they didn't treat me like that Spectrum took over and got brand new and then when I called them and told them of the situation the funny thing is the man told me we already cut you off so I can't go back in the account and turn you back on and I'm talking about just giving me credit for the days that I didn't have internet but I pay my bill every month now I just think that's so bad that I have to sit here without internet the bad thing about it is when you live in Albany housing you can only have Spectrum here you understand that's the only internet you can have in this building so I knew to keep it paid unbelievable though so now I got to sit here and look at my phone on top of all the other problems I'm having shaking my head

Worst service ever switched over to Verizon and spectrum said I paid less than I was billed when I had the billing In my hand told themi wanted to cancel and they were not hearing that at all

We would like to personally thank Dez Abulu for the excellent support she gave us. We were very lucky to have her explain to us how the equipment worked, although we were there to return the old equipment . Good customer service from her.However if you are a manager reading this, there were only 2 counters open and we went to ask at a counter run by a guy named Brian, as to where to return the old equipment, he was rude and obnoxious. Is this how spectrum treats senior citizens? We were made to sit for at least 2 hours just to return the old equipment.Your store is the worst. We are planning to change over to a better company which treats seniors with the respect they deserve and advising our friends and family too.

I actually want to sell my house to get away from spectrum as they are the only provider in my area. I have been on hold for over an 1 1/2 hours. First i tried to find out why my bill went up every month for the last 4 months. I got put on hold and left for 45 min until finally I got someone. I then asked to change my service and get rid of cable only to get put on hold again for another 45 min only to be disconnected again. I am now back on hold for the last 30 min. What the heck. I thought there were anti trust laws to protect us against this kind of thing. But lets face it some in NY politics is lining their pockets. Now they think I'm going to let them handle my phone service. Yeah right never.

Dez from Colonie was exceptional in customer service and really takes the time helping customers truly understand the services as well as how a customer could on their on, even if they aren't tech savvy! She really represents the company in a great way and should have her teach other reps on how they can better their service!
