This is my dealership, hands down! I have bought and built a Road Glide Special with these guys and couldn't be happier! When you walk in, you are greated with a smile and made to feel welcome. After getting to know these folks, you will find they are on board and know what they are talking about. Once I made the purchase, I started with upgrades. I was introduced to the Parts guys (great guys) and they immediately started to address the projects I had in mind. They introduced me to service (great guys) where the builds started. Several months after my purchase, I have a bike I only dreamed about. If you want it done right, give them a try. You will not be disappointed!!!

Had an amazing experience at Spitzie’s! Went in knowing what I wanted. No drama and straight forward. I can’t thank Dave Richardson and his entire team enough for all the help.

Came in for cool bikes and breakfast, had some awesome pancakes. After the pancakes had a casual conversation with Brandon. That turned into looking into some bikes, which turned into a purchase. I will say between Brandon and John, it felt like three guys talking about bikes, not a pending transaction. Open and honest, very low pressure. Since it was the first weekend in January I had no intention to buy a bike. If it became a high pressure situation I would’ve walked away. But since the boys made it a very comfortable and an informative process, I made the deal. I’m happy to be apart of spitzies family. Even with a packed house, everyone on the staff made sure to come over and congratulate me. Yes, I am aware that after a large dollar purchase there’s a level of obligation to shake hands and smile. But this staff is different, they talk to you like you’re a friend, not a mark. I highly recommend them, and will continue to give them my business.

Wonderful Experience, Top NotchThese guys know what's up period. My wife and I have purchased two bikes from Spitzies in the last month, we couldn't be more pleased and frankly we will be back. Our salesperson Andreas Costa is as knowledgeable as it gets, he makes the process of buying a bike simple and isn't afraid to not only go over each bike you look at with great detail, this guy will move 50 bikes out if that is what it takes to make sure you find the 1 you want, the one that fits you personally. The entire team is helpful and friendly, I highly recommend.

I took my bike to Spitzies Harley Davidson of Albany to have the Screaming Eagle 131 kit installed. Brian Knoblauch the service manager was a pleasure to work with and he worked out a promotion on labor that Spitzies was offering, which made all of the work that was to be done very affordable. The bike was brought in for the work promptly and done professionally. Scott the mechanic who worked on the bike did a great job and was very knowledgeable and professional, answering all of my questions while he was working on the bike. When I picked up the bike the cost was exactly what it should have been…and the labor hours were exactly what Brian had quoted me. There were no up charges or unexpected costs. I still had some hours of pre paid labor to use, which Jared made a note of right on my invoice so that I could use it at a later time. I plan on having Spitzies install a new fairing on my bike, which I will use my bankrolled labor hours for. Overall the entire experience went very smooth…and I was very impressed with the entire Spitzies staff. The bike came out of Spitzies running perfect…not a single hiccup! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Spitzies Harley Davidson of Albany to anyone in need of service on their Harley Davidson or looking to purchase a new Harley Davidson. I want to thank the entire staff at Spitzies for all of their efforts and professionalism!

Horrible experience. Steve should learn some customer service and Jarrod should learn how to answer and return phone calls. I had my fairing painted there but it looks like complete garbage and they refuse to do anything about it after multiple attempts. It was Aaron at Castor Customs that they sent to have paint it and apparently he doesn't care about the quality that he sends out. The paint has holes in it and feels like sandpaper. This isn't the only time I've had a problem there either.

Dave is the best. Very professional and knows his motorcycles. Definitely goes above and beyond to show every bike no matter the purchase price point of the customer if the customer wants to see the bike.

I am posting this review for my husband Donald Sheldrick. He was in the store yesterday and was blown away by the superb service he received by Dave Richardson in parts and Quame the team leader in Motorclothes. Thank you for all of your help.Regardless of where you live, if you want to leave a dealership with the right parts, you must go meet Dave.My husband has never asked me to write a review in the eleven years we have been together.

Great sales people, had no idea I wanted to buy a new bike that day. I hope I now own my last bike, I don't know what they could do to make it better.
