I visited the Staples on Wolf Rd. in Albany, NY today to have a passport-sized photo taken, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. Upon arrival, no employees seemed to acknowledge or assist incoming customers. They appeared rushed and uninterested in providing quality service.
When someone finally attended to me, they quickly took my photo without showing me the result. The picture turned out to be the worst I’ve ever seen, yet the employee printed it and charged me immediately without any opportunity for review or correction. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and refused to take the photos, the experience only reinforced my impression that the staff lacked professionalism and customer care.
This location seems to be poorly managed, with employees who appear disengaged and more focused on themselves than on assisting customers. I would not recommend this Staples for any service requiring attention to detail or customer service.

Print center employee was so dismissive and rude I may never go a staples ever again. Also self service machine doesn’t accept Apple Pay.

Great store, great staff, very helpful. Their prices have really gone up. The ink for my printer just went up by about $20. Time to look elsewhere to save money. Take heed, you're pricing yourselves right out of business.
