Used to be a great service. Since they switched to Verizon towers the service is TRASH! After being a customer for 15 years I'm looking for a new carrier. For at least half of the month I can't even call for emergency services if I need it. STRAIGHT JUNK NOW.

I'm talking straight talk in general has went so low they reverted to what they say is Verizon but in reality it's TracFone service especially when you speed test it the service is straight garbage do not recommend, straight talk AT&t SIM card is the best but unfortunately they're switching all over to Verizon track phone garbage service.

I really wish I could give this 0 stars. We ordered two phones and paid shipping at checkout. We received the phone within two days...perfect. We spent 4 hours trying to activate the phones. Our account said they were activated, but we wouldn't make calls or send text messages. My husband spent 1.5 hours with them on the phone the next morning to find out the phones they sent us had outdated software.....their mistake. They said they would send us two new phones, expedited, so we would receive them on Monday. They charged our bank accounts for the expedited shipping on the two new phones. So now are we not only out on the shipping we paid for the first set of broken phones, we are charged for them to send us the new ones. They will not budge and start our activation date for the day we get the new phones. So we have lost 3 days. They also won't give us a break on the screen protectors that are no good now on the broken phones. I called and tried to reason with them and they would not budge. Never again will I do business with them. I will be sending our phones back.

i bought the iphone 6s for my girlfriend for xmas. i was very excited to give it to her and everything was great until she activated it and found out that the text messaging didn't work. After 4 hours on the phone/email with tech support with straight talk and apple (within a 3-day time period) we just said screw it and bought an iphone 7 with verizon.
