No prices on breakfast sandwiches, the cashier stated they are five dollars apiece.
Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t even charge five dollars for a breakfast sandwich .
Everything that is transpiring in the federal government, some of these stores in the capital district are price gouging . We need more people in the community to speak up and go online and file a complaint with the New York State Attorney General’s office when it comes to price gouging.

theft I went to fill gas and the pump started slow and I couldn't hear the gas and when it went off after a while I didn't make any gas and when I asked an adrente woman she told me that she can't do anything I recommend that you don't fill gas there so that they steal your money

I stopped here to fill up my rental car before heading to the airport, and everything went smoothly. All the pumps were working, and the gas station itself was clean and well-maintained. There’s a convenience store on-site, which is always handy. The transaction was quick and hassle-free. I was also surprised to see they offer 94 octane fuel, something you don’t often come across at gas stations. Overall, a convenient and efficient stop!

Our pump didn’t have an auto-stop and there was no sign on the machine to warn us. Gas went everywhere.

Gas pumps were so slow it took 15 minutes to get 13 gallons, auto shut off didn’t work and gas spilled everywhere. Almost missed my flight.

Illegal pricing scam. They charged the person in front of me $9 for 2 Monsters even though it says $5 in the massive sign outside. They charged me a few dollars more on my products and refused to refund me when I showed them they didn't charge the posted price. He told me it must be an old price and they won't honour it even though it's posted large on the front door.

I used my debit card at the pump to pay for gas and this gas station put 126 dollar hold on the money in my bank account... when I only got $40 worth of gas. who knows how long that money is going to be held. I would not recommend coming to this gas station at all.

I would like to thank the pleasant woman working the register today for helping me when someone approached and was harassing me for money outside at the pump. I was super nervous as he seemed mentally unstable. She took care of it immediately . Thank you .

Ordered snacks from here for my kids sleep over and the man working the counter refused to fulfill our order will be calling to talk to management in the morning and calling corporate don’t get a job if you aren’t willing to do it

I thought that using your debit card to pay for gas was the same as paying with cash. Apparently not at this location. Upon asking the clerk, and the store owner they both informed me that it is but when I showed them my receipt showing that I was wrongly charged they quickly changed their story. It isn't that the difference is a large sum of money, it's the principle behind it.so if they are "wrongly" charging every customer who pays for their gas with a debit card and think that they are getting the cash price but really aren't..... at the end of the day they just made a lot of free extra money by ripping off their customers..... and they are well aware of what they are doing!

Horrible customer service from my visit. At this point I met a few different employees: the manager who seems to not have much leverage on anything, no say on matters and always needs to refer back to her overhead, which isn't 100% poor but it does speak volumes especially when speaking in conversation to her. Seems like there some loose ends for management to tie up structurally. Also between her getting word handed down from her overhead Ian, very much unprofessional when dealing with hiring process, sign on door says one thing and they are seeking something completely different and fail to tell you until they start to train you. When my husband mentioned this, her response was passive bc she knows she is doing something wrong and have alterior motives. SUNOCO ON CORNER OF WOLF RD AND ALBANY SHAKER RD.

I tried to find a safe place to park my vehicle, I did. The cashier was complaining that I went on the sidewalk? Like who TF cares? I was going to get gas and some snacks. My money wasn’t welcomed here. Btw it was approximately 10:30pm at night. The cashier should’ve been concerned about guest’s inside the store/gas station not people trying to find a legit parking space. Will never come here after hours.
