Why do you require an appointment when you are going to make your customer wait forever? Why do you even call to confirm if your customer is going to show up for his appointment? I wasted an hour just to come to this bank and left without opening an account. Waste of office space. I don't know how this bank is still in business.

Used to have a wonderful experience at the location, but now its TERRIBLE!!!!! I came into the branch because I had been trying to use my credit card out of state for 2 days and calling the number on the back of the card hasn’t been of any help. Michael Houghton began to assist me with the issue and told me my card was inactive, I asked if he could help me call or with the issue, he told me no I have to call myself!! (I have been coming to this same branch for YEARS, ANY teller in the past would have assisted me) So an older couple comes in and now he’s brushing my issue to the side, his attitude was very nasty and I asked for his card to file a complaint! My issue was never resolved and I will be finding a new branch to go to moving forward

The ABSOLUTE worst bank I've ever used for my Company. We paid over $1,000 towards a National Grid scam unfortunately and they acted as they could care less. No help or direction towards what we are suppose to do. Filed a claim as per their instruction. They deny it. Says directly on their website that they would cover a scam when there has been no goods or services delivered. Well we didn't get either and still they refuse to help. Canceling my account and pulling all the money out. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!

This TD bank is very nice and professionally run. Many times we have had to call this branch because our local one would not have enough staff to pick up a phone call to answer questions. Here they pick up the phone and answer your questions in a timely manner. No staffing issues here. Too bad they are not closer for us to go to.

Very unprofessional and completely disrespectful and extremely Condescending...Save your time and go elsewhere ...the manager SID is thee worst ever....how do you have the captain of the boat steering his ship towards a wreck....pass/jump while you can...!!!!

Just had a great experience with the Central Avenue branch in Albany. After getting the endless run around onTD'stheir 888/ 800 numbers, and no access to the help I need, this branch actually picked up the phone and spoke to me, giving me information I couldn't otherwise get. I think the name of the kind, smart person I spoke to is Vince, but I could be wrong. Whatever the name, he was just great. Affable, smart, helpful. THANK HEAVENS there is at least one way to still speak to a human being, but not without some significant searching.
