Texas de Brazil offers an all-you-can-eat grill meat extravaganza, complemented by a decent salad bar. The concept is promising, with an array of grilled meats served tableside. However, our experience had its ups and downs. The grill meats were generally good, with a variety of cuts cooked to perfection. The servers continuously brought out skewers of succulent beef, lamb, and pork, offering a carnivore's delight. However, a disappointing aspect was the abundance of bacon-wrapped items, which became increasingly stale as the evening progressed. One letdown was the chicken, which arrived slightly underdone, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable meal. Additionally, the ala carte options seemed to inflate the overall cost, adding to the already hefty price tag of $55 per person. While the quality of the meats was commendable, the pricing structure left much to be desired.Furthermore, the dessert selection was lackluster at best. After indulging in the savory meats, we were hoping for a satisfying conclusion to our meal, but the dessert options fell short of expectations.Overall, Texas de Brazil offers a decent dining experience, albeit at a steep price. The grill meats are the highlight, but the bacon-wrapped selections and undercooked chicken detract from the overall enjoyment. With some improvements in pricing and quality control, it could truly shine as a top-notch dining destination.

Make reservations and be prepared to wait for the good meats to come around. Everything I had was great and ultimately I ate so much meat that it qualified as a war crime. A little pricey but I left feeling like it was worth it. I'll definitely be back and I'll probably leave hating myself, just like I did this time. A- it gets loud in there.

If I had to pick anywhere to eat, it would be Texas de Brazil! The atmosphere, the people, THE FOOD. All of it is out of this world ?

Absolutely amazing establishment, always great service, super nice staff, well attentive and go out of there way to make sure you have a good time, will do extra if you ask always try their best, you think it's pricy with around 55 per head but with the amount of side bar options you have plus all the premium meats you have that's included it's well worth it, super nice atmosphere as well, real homey vibes with still feeling like you're in a foreign place, overall 9.5/10 location desserts aren't included but are also delicious and well worth it! P.S. The lamb is top tier if you're a lamb personDietary restrictions: my gluten free niece enjoyed all the meat she got to try, and got to eat the cheesy bread and most of the salad bar due to them using all gluten free ingredients when able in most of their products they will be happy to tell you what you can and can't have, very accomodating!!!Kid-friendliness: My nieces loved it, my younger niece enjoying the salad bar only option which was around 35 instead of normal price which was amazing for the price as she enjoyed all the different options, while my older niece got to try all new meat she's never had! plus they loved the bananas and mashed potatoes brought to the table for us.

Matthew our server was great, very attentive, and fun. He had it a very enjoyable meal. The food was better than any other restaurant I have been in. Only wish there were more hot side dishes. But in all I will recommend Matthew and Texas de Brazil.

Food was delicious, as usual. Only complaint was the lobster bisque was barely warm. Our server spoke to the manager and I saw him check the soup but after returning a short time later to get another bowl the temp was still barely warm.

The quality of food still achieves excellence - nothing compares to the offerings at Texas de Brazil. The service (Kevin) was pushy, disorganized, and created a sense that we were not meant to be immersed in the dining experience. We also had previously spent approximately $50 per person. We ordered 4 dinners with no extras, 1 bottle of house wine, 1 soda, no coffee, no dessert, and no replacements on the sides. We spent $300+. This is exorbitant in my opinion and did not align to the website information consulted before reservations. Also, we did not feel welcome to visit the salad bar beyond the initial visit. This was my favorite local restaurant and I feel disappointed.

This restaurant serves delicious meats cooked just right, and the staff is friendly. The meats were yummy, and the people working there were friendly and helpful. This place is an excellent choice if you like good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Give it a try for tasty meat and friendly service.

This was the third time I've been to the Albany, NY location and was surprised by how terrible this service was compared to other times. It seemed our poor waitress was waiting on too many tables, which means she was only able to come to our table every now and then. It took over 15 minutes to get our cocktails then over 20 minutes to just get water. I purposely booked the reservation so we would have plenty of time to take advantage of Happy Hour, but we are only able to get 2 drinks before the time was up. The meat portion of the dinner was great, however the salad bar looked like it was sitting there for a while. The bread was so hard I think I could have cracked a tooth. The cheese was dry and not very appetizing. I was scared to eat the smoked salmon (even though it's one of my favorite things) because it looked like it was sitting out for a while.

First time eating there and the waiter neglected to tell us that tap water was offered and only mentioned bottled spring water and seltzer water that was 8 dollars a bottle. Be aware Texas de Brazil can only split a check up three ways.

I asked for medium well and well temperature steak. this took way longer than expected. Also I recall that for special occasions I get a complementary dessert which was not available when I asked for it.

Have had better here in the past; idk if our reservation time had something to do with it. Meats are not as tasteful and the same gentlemen rotated around our tables with the same meats. We had to ask for the bacon wrapped filet mignon but they only brought the filet mignon, which was tender. Then we asked for the garlic parm chicken & not at all what it used to be (sad face). The salad bar was great as always but no sushi or soup? I told my bf I want to come back one more time before we officially call it quits with this place. Paying $230 for two adults & child is way too expensive to not have great food at all times but again I think our 9pm reservation had something to do with it. Not an excuse but I can understand. We had recommended Texas de Brazil to a friend but after Valentine's Day we had to advise them otherwise. Our waiter was great- but quite ridiculous the manger had to approve to discount children's meals. Y'all almost got us but ya didn't ;p I wonder how many others paid full price not even realizing it says kids 50% but listed for $52. FYI that's not half. It was corrected so thank you. I do hope, if there is a next time we come to dine at this location, I pray there is more of a variety of meats.

Unlimited bacon wrapped filet… Do I need to elaborate further?! The salad bar was fully stocked and presented beautifully. Potatoes au gratin are a must try, but save room for the meats! They have a spicy sausage that I had to get twice, and believe me, I never get anything else but the filet at these places. The service was impeccable, we never had to wait for the servers to bring around another delicious cut of meat. I had a $20 off coupon for my first visit after signing up for the free rewards program, but just a heads up, it takes 2-3 days for the coupon to be emailed to you, so I would advise signing up maybe a week beforehand.Dietary restrictions: Brazilian steakhouses have been a great option for me since being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Lots of meat and salad, and not many carbs/sugars, so I could indulge in an exquisite meal without worrying about a hypo/hyper-glycemic event.Parking: The mall has a lot of parking, but during the holiday season, I would advise giving yourself a little extra time to find a spot.
