About The Wash Factory

The Wash Factory is a clean but basic laundry facility with some drawbacks. It lacks carts for carrying clothes, and the change machine often runs out of change, requiring customers to find other ways to get coins. The machines can be tricky to use, as some do not register quarters properly if inserted too quickly. There are no baskets for holding clean clothes, and hot water is not available. The place is run by young kids, and sometimes the change machine is out of service, making it less convenient. Customers should bring their own change and be prepared for a simple, no-frills experience.

It smells door needs to be left open. Not all machines work and there no bathroom. EZ laundry on Westgate does better all laundry should follow their example.

Plus sides: big washers and dryers if you find one that works. Folding area and chairs change machine spacious and if necessary the library nearby has a restroom.

Had to go to 3 different stores to get enough change to wash clothes. This place has 1 change machine that was 'out of service' at 8:40 a.m. Aside from that, the space was clean.Would not recommend.

Watch your price as you put in the quarters and put them in slowly so it registers in the machineLost $1 in a washer due to the machine just not registering I put in money
