Had a hitch put on. Excellent service provided by Michael. He communicated effectively and called me with questions. I recommend this U-Haul for hitch attaching.

It took a while, but the person attaching the hitch and bike rack was honest with me as to some of the issues he had to deal with.

I got a call 40 minutes before my appointment to tell me that the hitch mechanic had an emergency and wouldnt be available to do the install. That did not surprise me, considering how many other reviews here say the same thing.
