My friend and I had an urgent need to make photocopies of some important documents while visiting Albany but unfortunately, we couldn’t find a Xerox machine anywhere nearby. Thankfully, Mrs. Sarah at Trustco Bank in Albany went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. Sarah was so helpful every step of the way with the RMD process.
You should know that a teller at the Wynantskill branch told me that I needed to complete form in person requiring me to fly to Albany from Greenville SC.
Then I sent a letter to the Schenectady main office asking for assistance and never ever got a response.
Finally I found Sarah. So a process that I began in Jan is now finalized. Thank you Sarah.
