My mother, brother, and I have had many accounts with Trustco over the years. We want to particularly note the outstanding 5 star service that we have received from current Whitehall Road Branch Manager William Franolich. We have found William to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, and has never made us feel rushed while thoroughly reviewing with us the various investment options that we have had with Trustco since he's been the branch manager. Simply stated, William is a tremendous asset to Trustco!

My experience at Trustco Whitehall branch has been nothing short of outstanding. The branch manager and the assistant manger along with the head teller have always been very professional, personable and always addressed any problem that I have had in a courteous and professional manner. Issues related to my accounts, mortgages and others have been resolved to my satisfaction. I have been a loyal customer with Trustco and its predessors for many decades and do not intend to move to another branch. Keep up the outstanding work. 5 stars to them.

This branch of Trustco has been my branch for many years now, and they are a fantastic bank. The tellers are very friendly and helpful, and William and Nigeriah are extremely friendly and personable, and will do their best to help with whatever issues you have in a way that's easy to understand for anyone. If you're in the Albany area, I greatly recommend this branch of Trustco!

There was only one teller working both the counter and the drive-up. The teller was very pleasant, but all of the transactions seemed to also be taking twice as long as they needed to be. I got rolls of quarters which were just rolls that another customer had rolled and deposited, not rolls that were counted and rolled by the bank. They even had the customer's phone number on them and were blacked out with sharpie. At home I realized one of the quarters was actually a nickel. I haven't counted the other rolls yet, but yikes!

This bank is the worst. I can't close my checking account because of an internal transfer. Transfers between Trustco Accounts require 24-72 hours to settle.The people working are unable to do anything, and hand-write notes on scrap paper for a mysterious manager to do "later". I'm still waiting... 6 weeks later. Now I need to take a half day off on a day when their backwards processes aren't running.

0 stars. Literally the worst bank ever. 1 teller working on a Friday afternoon rush. Got here early, first in line and then the teller makers excuses as to why she can't help me.
