This was a great place to go, but has really declined recently. The customer service at the desk has a petty and condescending attitude now, and the refusal to do services they used to do is a little absurd. Find another one.

I’ve been a regular customer at this UPS Store for years, but sadly, I will not be returning. Since the change in ownership, the service has noticeably declined. Printing prices have gone up significantly, and what used to be a simple process has become a frustrating hassle every time.
Emails that I send for printing are often mysteriously deleted or lost by the time I arrive. Even though printing services are advertised on the website, there always seems to be an issue or excuse when I try to use them in-store.
The woman at the front counter—who may be the owner’s daughter—is consistently rude and unhelpful. Today, while I was in mid-sentence explaining an issue with my email, the woman assisting me (possibly the owner’s daughter) abruptly turned away and began helping the customer behind me—without saying a single word to me. Not even a “please hold on” or “one moment.” Just completely dismissed me. Unfortunately, the manager doesn’t seem interested in resolving problems or improving the customer experience.
It’s disappointing to see a once-reliable store take such a turn.

I have purchased a box and have all my packages sent to this UPS store. The owner is always very pleasant! Don the Manager is fantastic! Not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable but very patient with rude, pushy people who all pile in the last hour before they close!

The staff have ALWAYS served me with Pride and Accuracy and Very Pleasant to work with. My needs are not always straight forward, but they figure it out.

I stopped there to return two boxes from Amazon, but Amazon messed up and sent me only one return label the young man at the counter, I did not get his name but he was young, blondish hair and glasses. He was beyond helpful. He told me what to do, showed me how to resend to get the labels, came out to my car and helped me with the two boxes as they were very heavy. I cannot express how deeply appreciative I was of that. Excellent customer service. I was there 2nd May.

Outstanding from start to finish. I worked with Balin to create a banner. Balin listened to my request, was patient as I made decisions and made excellent suggestions. The whole process was easy and the banner looked great! We will definitely be utilizing these services in the future. Thanks again!

Inconsistent Pricing & Overcharging – Avoid This Store if You Can
I used to come here often, and printing was always $1 for the print charge plus $0.25 per page. However, after new ownership, I was charged $12.96 for 12 pages—more than triple the expected cost. On another visit, I was charged the original pricing by a different employee. It seems like the owner (who appears to be of Indian descent) is charging differently at his discretion. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid this store if you can and double-check prices before paying.

Best printing place/team ever!! I made the mistake of waiting until last minute to create and print 85 workbooks for a workshop I was hosting and this team rallied with me to get it formatted, printed, folded and ready to go! I’m so grateful for this group!
