I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience this morning around 9am today 8/15/25 was disappointing enough to speak up. I sent a car key to a friend with a 3-day delivery, but since he needed it to get to work, couldn’t reach them by phone so I had to went back already running late from work to change it since to 1-day delivery.
When I politely asked the front desk clerk lady I wish I looked at her name tag. When I asked for the total, she replied, “I’m in the middle of doing something, let me finish,” in a noticeably rude tone. If she had said it politely, it would have been fine, but her delivery made it clear she didn’t care about providing good customer service.
I’m not saying all the staff here are unpleasant most may be great but this particular employee should work on her attitude and remember that treating customers respectfully is part of the job. Horrible customer service. Don’t go here

Review:
Unfortunately, my experience at this branch was very disappointing. One of the staff members—a larger woman—was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. I came in to handle an important matter and was not given a tracking number or any confirmation. When I returned for help, I was met with careless responses and no sense of responsibility.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when people are trusting you with important documents. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, and I won’t be returning to this location.

Review:
I had a very bad experience at this branch. One of the employees — a heavyset woman — was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no clear communication, no help, and no respect for customers. I handed over important documents and was not given any tracking number or receipt. When I returned to follow up, they avoided responsibility and acted carelessly.
This branch lacks professionalism, and I strongly recommend using a different location with better service and accountability.

I had a really bad experience at this USPS location because of a white lady working at the front desk. From the moment I walked up to her counter, she was rude and unhelpful. It felt like I was bothering her just by asking questions or needing assistance. She didn't seem interested in helping me, and when I asked for simple information, she gave short, dismissive responses.
It was clear that she didn’t know how to treat customers properly, especially in a setting like USPS where being friendly and professional is key. Her attitude made the whole experience unpleasant, and I left feeling frustrated and upset. I couldn’t believe how unkind she was for someone working in customer service, where people expect to be treated respectfully.
Because of her, I’m definitely going to avoid this location in the future. I don’t think anyone should have to deal with such rude behavior, especially when they’re simply trying to get their mail sent or get help with something. It's a shame that one person's bad attitude can ruin the reputation of an entire place, but I honestly can’t recommend this location with her working there.

I called the one 800 number and they gave me the number for this Post office and said that they start taking phone calls at 8:15. I’ve been calling for 40 minutes and nobody answers the phone. If you don’t wanna do your job properly, you should not be working there or anywhere else that relates to the public.

Went to day to get some money orders, was presently greeted by Conner; what an awesome kind person. Such an uplifting attitude super funny and super kind. I wish I lived in Albany so I could see him once a month. Till next time Conner I wish you the best!

Been going here for months. The overweight white Karen is always confrontational and never helpful. I honestly don't know how she keeps her jib with her attitude. The DMV has way more respect for the public and willing to help if you don't understand something, that says A LOT! I don't understand how your miserable everyday at a job you just sit, type, and answer questions, but these are the public servants that are employed here. Your honestly better off going to a whole another location than to deal with the beached whale thar works there.

Not sure if the lady thought we were uneducated or rich but she said it would cost $58 to send a letter to Greece. I said I send letters to Japan with much cheaper price. She said different places cost different amounts! Then she said we are sending as a priority. We told her we want standard shipping ?My 13 year old niece would have been scammed. Go to UPS or FedEx!
