This was one of the most awe-inspiring post offices I have ever been to. The service was absolutely exquisite. I could never ask for a better office to put mail in my box ( my post man is has very muscular legs ) his calves make me drool every time I see him. His legs are comparable to that of a Roman god. Just him alone makes this place better. Signed - his secret admirer ;)

Idk how this thing is still running. Can’t even deliver a package that went through 2 carriers before you. But you’re the one with “wrong address”, no door number and you can’t even deliver door to door. Someone tell me how this is still “a business”

The worst service. They can’t ship a package correctly or even find it at their store. I had to go there three times before a competent worker could actually locate my package in their warehouse. Now I paid for a package that wasn’t delivered and wasted a huge amount of time. You guys lost my business. I should charge you for all my time.

Instead of looking up the address, just one digit out of place on the zip. They threw my package out. I would have looked the address up and replaced the 6 with a 3. It's Albany for you, some of the scummiest people on earth.

First they said they "attempted" a delivery without a call or knock at the door then made us reschedule a delivery 3 days later, never delivered the package, spoke personally to the PO guy who called his supervisor and promised he'd "make a special note" to deliver the package the next day and guess what? Still no package. We had to race to this g.d. location 15 minutes before closing to pick it up (suppose the miracle is that it actually was there, albeit still UNDELIVERED 6 days later). We could have driven to NJ to pick up this package faster than paying good $$ to the USPS to do another lousy effort.

i hate this post office with a passion they hold your mail never deliver it on time days without mail i wish they all burn in hell and take this place out of business for good we need better in albany any other neighborhood would never go thru this

Says to say, representative to speak to a representative at the post office, yet sent me to a surveyed, and instantly hangs up. There is absolutely no representative to speak to.
