They are irresponsible people. They tell you to make an appointment and they serve you an hour after the appointment. It's as if they don't like serving people. Terrible services for getting a passport.

Very annoyed that my package wasn’t delivered because they claim the addressee wasn’t listed at my address when they can deliver bills just fine at this address for the addressee. Makes no sense and after waiting a week to get it, it’s now being sent back and I am forced to get a refund and not get my what I ordered because it’s no longer in stock. Big inconvenience and really ignorant of the mail man to not deliver when he knows the addressee lives at this address as he allows other mail to arrive just fine.

Where is my certified mail , between Albany and Hartford ,my mail is going to the loop,anybody pay attention to why the mail keeps going back and forth to the origin ,seriously, I thought certified mail is safe ???

VERY frequently delivers both mail and packages to the wrong mailbox despite all the mailboxes in the building being clearly labelled for YEARS. They intentionally keep their phone lines clogged so you can’t call them and I know for a fact multiple of their drivers have stolen my packages. This place is a disgrace to the country.

Staff are usually friendly, supervisor pretty rude. There is always a long line, and I have had issues with a couple packages I have sent internationally (Different post office noted an issue made by this branch in regards to one return)

Judith was very professional helping us with our passports on 4/29 in the afternoon. Unfortunately- she had to babysit entitled, rude people during our transaction that felt their inability to read, wait in line and follow simple instructions needed to be everyone's problem but their own. To the young punk in the Adams Heating and Cooling t-shirt, please do the world a favor and grow up. If i was a person that had feelings, I would feel bad that your mother didn't hold you enough when you were a baby but I'm not that guy. Great job Judith!!

I sent a letter from a graduate of New York on Monday, March 7th, by Expanded Mail to 12212, my New York office, and it is still in the office since March 8th. Unfortunately, it has not reached its destination.

Worst post office EVER
I have a P.O BOX at this location going on 7 years. The last few years my mail has been opened. I’ve had mail not even delivered to me. I’ve had mail posted 30 days out and then finally received it in my mailbox. I spoke with several supervisors (most have no clue ).
The last one I spoke with recently assured me he would look into the situation and give me a call back.
That was about a week ago.
Zero stars for the lack of customer service and knowledge of your employees .

If I could post 0 stars I would. Went there in search of my package which they have. The gentlemen behind the counter was sassy and rude (eye rolls and all). Then he claims he didn’t know that you could sign up to track a package…..
