I went shopping the other day and I had an amazing experience with a worker, Ellyn. She was very helpful and kind. The store unfortunately did not have my size in stock and ellyn ordered them for me. She knew exactly what I needed and they were quickly shipped to me. All of the other staff were very helpful as well but Ellyn went out of her way for my mom, my friend and me. Highly recommend this store.

Walked around both stores (pink and vs) for 20 minutes and wasn't said a word to by anyone.... Needed help finding a bra I bought a week prior.... Was going to spend a few dollars but with being totally ignored and not asked if I was looking for something or needed help I decided to walk out and go to crossgates. As I was WALKING OUT I was asked if I needed help and I said I did but I'm leaving now.

I went in for a purchase yesterday, I've gained a lot of weight since my son's birth and I've been feeling self conscious lately. But the woman that assisted me was so helpful and gracious and kept boosting my confidence without her even knowing. She gets 5 stars!

Victoria Secret is great. I wanted something for a friend and there were lots to choose from. However, I did know her favorite color and what she really wanted, so I ended up getting her a gift card. That way, she can choose whatever she wants. Thank you.

Worst Experience!!!! The staff are very rude! The associate (Paige Designer) so unprofessional and loud, she is rude and not helpful at all, I asked her to help me find an item and said:Nope we don’t have it here!! Without even looking! AndI tried to exchange a gift, she took the gift and said that this is been ordered online and you will get your refund in the mail!! I never got anything and lost my gift!! I already picked several items to buy that day and I want to open a card, but when I was treated like that I just left the store! Very bad customer service by the employees in this location!
