Continuously delaying prescriptions and asked to wait 15 minutes in the counter. This is a very bad Walgreen location i have encountered.

the pharmacy phone menu is set up to be sure customer CAN Not talk to pharmacy staff & not every problem fits neatly into their menu options & waiting an hour just to speak to a human being is absolutely not acceptable.

Nice pharmacist Gary and nice cashiers. Store seemed busy but I might have gone at 2 bad times - COVID-19 booster, and 3 prescriptions and a couple things. Definitely staying hydrated after the booster - thanks again for everything to Gary and also Shanae who was nice and funny.

I called them for check if my kids medication ready for pickup, they said they have to order it tomorrow I can pick up. Next morning I called should I come to pick up pharmacy told me come at 4 pm I asked her again do I need to call again or it will be ready for pickup she said it will ready for pickup. I went there at 6 pm pharmacy said they have to order the medicine. They was calling Latham, east greenbush to see if they have it. I got furious I asked them why I called pharmacy earlier and u guys told me it will be ready for pickup !!!!! I was waited there 40 min while they was calling stores to stores and making some silly excuses !!!!! Suddenly they said they have it in their store so they told me wait little bit more . Than they said they need to mix it . Wait more .. more 30 min passed no one called me . I went there what’s wrong ? Than they finally gave me my kid’s medication!!!! Unbelievable extremely poor service. Looks like doesn’t know what they’re doing !!!!! I won’t go there ever !!!!! Zero recommendations.Address-41 Holland ave Albany by 12208

I am currently waiting for over 30 mins for the pharmacy to take my call. The attention to customer service is not only slow but painful.

I had a disappointing experience at this location, as I felt that my time was wasted. When I initially approached the counter, I received conflicting information from different staff members. An older woman informed me that my refill would take 15 minutes, which I was okay with. However, I ended up waiting for nearly half an hour and decided to inquire with another employee before a large group of people arrived. To my dismay, I was informed that my request was not even in their system, despite the previous assurance. Overall, I spent over 40 minutes waiting for nothing. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return to this particular location.

Half the time I go, i have to walk away because I dont have an hour to wait for meds. Drive thru or in person. And I am not one to typically leave a bad review. Check my others.please step it up.

Worst pharmacy ever. Every time I need to fill a prescription they tell me it will be ready and I arrive to find that it is not. I had to go two days without my thyroid medicine and they just say they are behind and understaffed. Go elsewhere!

They let somebody steal my brothers meds today, you're supposed to ask for photo ID and a signature for controlled substances, what kind of racket are you people running, your employees pocketing drugs? It's a federal offense to steal controlled substances. Police report filed!!

I switched from a competing pharmacy where the service was terrible. I know that working during the pandemic makes pharmacy jobs more stressful than ever, but I've found the staff at Walgreens to be helpful and polite. Their facility looks clean. They generally answer the phone, so I can order my medication and get on with my day.
