the staff disgusts me with their nasty attitude. that one girl and derrick were the worst!!! rolling their eyes, talking with attitude, acting like I’m bothering them just by existing. Like??? Relax, let me shop without acting like I ruined your whole day. at this point i stopped shopping from here.
It honestly feels like the manager is out here hand picking people with problems. Every time I go in, it’s the same energy rude, disrespectful, and just embarrassing. I’m literally just trying to buy something and they’re acting like I committed a crime.

So disappointed, liked the clothes, but at check out the women working there had an awful attitude, so i just left, owner lost at least $100 coz of poor workers, she yelled at me and was very rude, did not want to give me her name, it was 3 pm NY time, Crossgate location on 09/04/2025. I am shocked that it can happen in such a great store, I would definitely change the stuff in order to improve the business. Myself done business and customer support- know how important it is.

I visited this location on 7/24 around 4:45/5 pm. Upon reading these reviews, I see that someone else also had a poor experience like me on the same day. That’s really telling; your staff is rubbing people the wrong way enough for multiple people to address this in these reviews. I had a coupon to redeem that was expiring soon, so I stopped in to shop and use it. The cashier (Abby as indicated on my receipt) was incredibly rude. First off, she tried saying my coupon that expired on the 31st was expired. I had to correct her. One of my items I was buying was clearance, and the other two were full price. My coupon would only apply to the full price items, and when I saw my total shoot up over $20 I asked Abby if she could double check the scanning and see why the coupon made the price go up higher. Abby looked me dead in the face and looked annoyed I was asking her to double check an obvious error. She said “I don’t know” in response to me asking why the coupon didn’t work. I looked at the pin pad which read: $25, $25 then $10 and yet the total was $81. It did not add up. Abby continued to look at me with disgust, making me feel like I was in the wrong and inconveniencing her. Long story short the manager came over and instructed her to do 2 transactions to use the coupon on the full price items and buy the clearance item at clearance price. Abby still did the same thing where she scanned the clearance into the full price transaction, which I had to correct her on. She then finally said “Yeah I guess I have to do that.” For the second transaction she didn’t ask for my email like for the first one, clearly indicating she was annoyed at the situation and wanted to rush me out of there. I understand working retail has its pros and cons, I worked in retail management for years in the past. What’s not okay is to project your frustration onto the customers. I wasn’t trying to make Abby feel bad or wrong, I was bringing a computer error to her attention. She made me feel so unwelcome. I will not be returning here, no matter how amazing the coupons and sales are. I hope the staff is addressed or realigned because this is a consistent theme based on the other reviews.

I wish I can give you a medal for being the shittiest Windsor I’ve ever been too. The audacity the girl at the register has to give such an attitude and be disrespectful just blows my mind. A few months ago, I ordered something for my wife and went to the store to return it and the same girl as today was at the register. I have no idea what management is doing about this but I’m sure I’m not the only one. Don’t ever be rude to customers and make them feel unwelcome. I shouldn’t have to get a call from my wife in tears because this same damn girl working doesn’t have a purpose in life. I am going ballistic right now. There is no reason why you have workers who make comments about her returns and making her feel attacked when she is trying to get help. If you desperately need a job, McDonalds is always hiring, don’t make everyone’s life miserable because yours is. I ask corporate to conduct an investigation into this and please fire the girl or both who were working the morning shift on July 24. I will be submitting a detailed complaint to corporate on this matter. Resolve it before you lose more customers.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Today marked the SECOND terrible experience with the same worker from last time when I returned something at this store. As someone who has worked in customer service, I know how far a little effort and basic courtesy can go— and sadly, there was none of that here. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed at this specific store, please consider evaluating the workers at the register that worked today’s shift (07/24/2025) around 12pm, terrible attitude and if I had a business like Windsor I wouldn’t want people like that representing the brand. Windsor, do better, your management needs to step up.

customer service is horrible, I went with my mom to return a dress that we ordered online that did not fit me and because we got a smaller size. When we talked to the employee she told us that the return policy wouldn’t allow it even thought it hadn’t been 14 days since it had arrived. We asked for the supervisor and he was unprofessional and rude not even bothering to explain, only saying “it’s the same thing she told you”.

I shopped here with my granddaughter for prom dresses. We went early on Saturday because we wanted to avoid a crowd. When we started looking at dresses we were approached by a sales associate (?Dominique). She introduced herself. She said to let her know when my granddaughter was ready to try on dresses. She advised how many dresses could go in the dressing room at once (6, I think) and to let her know if we want to see a dress hung too high to reach. She was pleasant and professional. The store was tidy and clean. The dresses were organized well. The selection was large. When we were ready, Dominique showed us to our dressing room. There were several chairs for the comfort of Mom's (&grandmoms) to wait. Dominique told my granddaughter to put any dresses she didn't want on a rack which she showed us. As more teens came in Dominique kept things organized. My granddaughter found the dress she loved. The price was less than $100. Check out was quick. The associate at check out was friendly and said she loved the grandma shopping trip! Later we went by the store again and there was a line for the dressing rooms. This is a busy store and it takes time to pick out a prom dress. I've been to expensive department stores where the dressing rooms are not attended and end up a mess with dresses all over the place even on the floor. Dominique kept everything organized and the dresses perfectly hung in their place and clean. I am so happy we went to this store. It was a wonderful experience!

I took my daughter to Windsor on Tuesday night to look for a prom dress. When we found a few she liked, and we went into the dressing room so she could try them on. One of the workers, Kayla, banged on the door and made us get out of the dressing room because we didn’t show her how many dresses we were trying on. My daughter didn’t have clothes on and she tried to barge into the room. What a pervert! I have never in my 40 years seen anyone so rude or disrespectful. If they don’t want customers to use the dressing room, they should invest in key locks so they can monitor their use. Because of Kayla, we did not buy any dresses from Windsor, and will NEVER shop there again. Management needs to reevaluate who handles customer service because we were not the only ones who were mistreated while I was there. Shame on you Kayla! And shame on Windsor for allowing paying customers to be treated like this. Avoid this store at all costs!!

I was at this location on 3/8/25 and experienced the worst customer service ever from the girls working this day. My wife was in the dressing room trying on dresses for a wedding we are attending in a few weeks and one of the dresses was too large for her so I grabbed the next size down. As I’m handing it to her I hear one of the girls literally yell across the store “NO! You can’t be passing anything through the dressing room door!” And then another girl comes up and literally snatches it out of my wife’s hand and told us to vacate the dressing room. I have never been somewhere where the staff were so incredibly rude! If they had spoken nicely to us and said something like “I’m sorry, there’s a line waiting do you mind trying in your dress and then getting back in line if you need to try anything else on?” That would’ve been completely understandable, but the fact that they screamed across the store, embarrassing us, and ripped the dress out of her hands was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Maybe it’s a prerequisite to just employ a bunch of mean girls, but this is not how you do business. My wife really liked the dress she tried on, but since it was too big and she wasn’t allowed to try on the smaller size we had to choose a different outfit. Maybe have your staff take some customer service courses, because they’re going to chase away all of your customers with their nasty attitudes.

My daughter --in - law took my granddaughters school shopping Saturday, August 24- I want to be exact because I want the sales clerk to know who she is and who she made cry. My granddaughters were looking at dresses but only one buying- my granddaughter held up a dress for her sister to look at when the clerk said " that will not fit you" -both my granddaughters were shocked but only one cried. We wonder why our young girls grow.up with body issues & eating disorders. I want you to know sales clerk- you are so lucky I wasn't there I would have made you feel as small as you made my beautiful grand daughter feel.
