Equipment is flimsy, filthy, and written on with sharpie to cross off other stickers and written as “trash.” Never showed up for first pickup. Gave up after 40 minutes on hold. Basically awful.

They are here when expected, dumpster is emptied with no spillage and top is always down when they are done. I rely on them and they do not let us down

SCAMMERS , unfair pricing AND SCAMMING FRONT DESK.This Place and the front Desk lady Theresa, absolutely scammers. She said to me I am weighed out of the scale at 420 POUNDS less then when I came in, she measured when I pulled in with me in the truck, and when going out when I was in the office! I only dropped off two mattresses and a small board, maximum 100 pounds, I was there less than 5 minutes, there’s no earthly way I was able to unload 420 pounds worth of stuff in under 5 minutes.DEFINITELY DONT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

Worst company on the planet. Incompetent and run by what I presume is 7 year olds. Signed up, paid 150$, had cans dropped off, first two service pick ups were missed. Called to find out what was going on only to find out they don’t service my area. How as a company do you even let that happen? I’ve seen lemonade stands ran better than Waste Management. Do yourself a favor and take your business to twin bridges or county waste. Far superior trash removal companies.Service: Junk removal

BUYER BEWARE! Been a customer for 15+ years and they decided to charge a $210.82 pick up fee (picking up dumpster after contract) in result of us moving companies due to the fact they were charging double the price as twin Bridges for the same trash removal. Spoke with customer service on the phone and they could care less, I’ve had this happen now multiple times (as they seem to always have a fee...) I advise everyone to stay away from this company!Service: Junk removal

Eric Boughton goes above and beyond for this company and it’s customers. He is always there to offer a helping hand and go the extra mile for the customers on his route. It is very much appreciated and he should be recognized for such. Thank you for all the hard work throughout all this chaos in the work Eric. It is noticed and appreciated.

i have never had a problem intil april and i paid it late april 30 and trash pick up was may 1 they didnt get mine then may 4 i get a call and they still say i need to make a payment new flash it was done on april 30 it was paid but nobody look to see if it was paid now why want there cans back no wounder they have a bad review

Truck came later than normal today. Trash bins were carelessly tossed about, some of my neighbor's cans were in the street. At least there wasn't much trash in the road, I guess...

Credit card expired and the auto-pay did not go through. Went online to update the payment info, paid the quarterly bill, and the following month I was charged a $74.18 "Reconnect fee." I think this is a sneaky, dishonest way to do business, so I cancelled my service. I received an email that autopay was disconnected, bins were picked up and I thought that WM and I had gone our separate ways forever.This morning there's a new email that says, "We have received your payment." Checked my AMEX account and indeed they have. Called again..."We can't see the payment yet, call us back in a few days when it shows up on our end," is the response. So I will call back, in a few days, then when/if I receive a refund for my cancelled service, I will report my credit card stolen or missing so that WM can no longer charge it.There are better & cheaper options in the Albany area for trash service. Personally, I would rather haul it myself than give this business my credit card number.
