I purchased a 2015 vehicle in Florida this August. No rust or rot for the last 10 years. I had Ziebert do the undercoat on it. I got it back and the black protective coating spilled over on my running boards. I made my representative know about this. I was assured that it would be fixed up and it was. It was washed and buffed up very nicely. I hope I will have future success with the products and continued great customer service.

Was there about an month ago for annual touch up, when dropped my vehicle off do remember that there was no damage to driver head light, but notice it when I got home and called, was told that they will get the video footage from the shop and review it, I asked to see the footage and still did not not get it as yet.

Friendly customer service. Got me in and out as fast as possible. The waiting room is a little sparse and the Wi-Fi TV was not working so I would suggest that you bring something with you to do.

Was sold a package for 3200 3 layer cermic with a amazing 10 year warranty only to find out a year later that i need to renew it every year for a additional 750. The shaddy salesman Kevin who is in charge of course sold it to me then tells me its in the fine print which of course you dont get until after you paid. So in 5 years you pay aprox 7k the cost of a paint job. Disgusting company ownership and salesmen. Run run far

They did a good job but yearly I was supposed to be able to go back there and have them touch up anything that had washed or worn off, but they had a fire and the place was no longer opened so I paid for a lifetime of care and only got undercoated 1x. Since then I’ve been using Donny McCallister at Brattleboro collision in Brattleboro - he does Vermont New Hampshire oil undercoat, reasonably priced nice place to deal with and he does a good job

I have had super spotty service, extremely poor communication, and after I get as many undercoatings as is humanly possible with the packages I purchased, will never go back with another vehichle.

This place is a joke. Paid top dollar for under coating with a life time guarantee. Was told I would need touch ups every year at no cost. Well my very first touch up I was informed they changed the policy and now their is a yearly fee.
