Customer service does mot exist, ATM machine is friendlier than tellers and manager .The drive up is closed more than it is open .Closing my accounts next week

Very quick service and friendly staffs. I opened an account with no issues. Everything is online. No paperwork was given though like other banks. You need to go on the website to search for answers to your questions. I took off 1 star because this is a do it yourself kind of bank.

The line is very long and one cashier. One was at the window doing other things. The sad thing is I went to Mineola (closed and now Northwell). Today I tried Oceanside (permanently closed). I still can't cash my check. Thinking about changing banks. I loved the Albertson branch which they closed.

This location and capital one in general does not care about their clients. They were unable to help me send a bank check to another party. The Internet was not allowing me to do it and they were being very difficult. Extremely unhelpful and to be honest I plan on taking all my assets out of this bank very soon

Exactly why I don’t go to the teller to do any transaction. Face to face with bank employees are getting worse and worse and I try to avoid them much as possible. I always feel bad taking up the atm time depositing money but from now on that’s my only choice

I wanted to start an account with this bank. I arrived around 1:30 and there was only 1 person who could have aided me. Instead she chatted on the phone for a good 10 minutes. Disgusted with the lack of professionalism,I left. I'll take my business somewhere else.

No one knows what they are doing. Everyone just passes the buck to the next person . They said my deposit would clear in 2 days. Instead it took a week.

Good bank. Has an atm in the front that is always open.
