I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jasmine for the outstanding service she provided during my recent visit to the post office. From the moment I approached the counter, Jasmine was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
What really stood out was Jasmine’s positive attitude and patience. Even though the post office was busy, she never made me feel rushed and gave me her full attention.
Thank you, Jasmine, for making what could have been a routine transaction into a genuinely positive experience!

This location has the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at a post office, and I’ve been to plenty. The staff here are also highly adept at performing their jobs and will get you in and out quicker than most post offices. I highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Clerks always greet with a smile and ready to provide advice on the best way to ship packages. Kudos to the post mistress for keeping a well run office.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I have to make an exception. I had an experience with 3 ladies from USPS and I’m very happy with all of them. Very kind and helpful crew. Even though I have USPS next to my house I’d rather to wait and do everything here.

Best customer service and experience. Clerks at Albertson USPS, thank you for all the hard work. You ladies really bring smiles to the return customers. Always polite, helpful and greeting everyone. That’s how the customer service should be. 5 Stars to you ladies.

Last week I went to this post office to send goods. The service of an elderly woman was very poor. She didn't smile. She didn't help customers to pull the window door through. She was waiting with her own box.

It was such a pleasure going to this post office to have Jackie and Jasmine as the people who helped me. They were very nice and they helped a lot when I did not have an appointment for the U.S passport renewal. And they also did not take too much time like other passport offices.
