I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I have to make an exception. I had an experience with 3 ladies from USPS and I’m very happy with all of them. Very kind and helpful crew. Even though I have USPS next to my house I’d rather to wait and do everything here.

Best customer service and experience. Clerks at Albertson USPS, thank you for all the hard work. You ladies really bring smiles to the return customers. Always polite, helpful and greeting everyone. That’s how the customer service should be. 5 Stars to you ladies.

Last week I went to this post office to send goods. The service of an elderly woman was very poor. She didn't smile. She didn't help customers to pull the window door through. She was waiting with her own box.

It was such a pleasure going to this post office to have Jackie and Jasmine as the people who helped me. They were very nice and they helped a lot when I did not have an appointment for the U.S passport renewal. And they also did not take too much time like other passport offices.

I had such a pleasant experience with Sharky and Raj. They both were very helpful. I had passport renewal work and my picture taken by rite aid was lousy so Sharky took a picture which was perfect and so professional. They both helped me to complete my forms. I had great customer service experience. Thank you Raj and Sharky. Hats off to you both.

I went to this post office to send something, the label was affixed, the post office staff also accepted it, and returned it after two days, saying that the goods exceeded two ounces, and I had to buy a label. Why did the workers accept it at that time, wasting time and money, and poor management the post office,

Amazing experience. My appointment was at 9:30 am for my passport but I decided to go in a little earlier. I was helped instantly by Sharky who took my pictures as well. It was such a quick and easy process, no lines. They were very polite unlike other post offices I’ve been to. I rather drive the 15 mins extra to this post office than to go to my local one which is a 2 min walk.

Always above and beyond service here! All the workers are friendly and pleasant and even ask me how my elderly mom is doing! They help pick out the right packaging and offer a variety of ways to mail things.
