“Saleswoman Bri messed up our account several times and was super worried about selling us things and add ons to our account to make commission. Our trade in credit had to be fixed 2-3 times.I honestly don’t know how these reviews are filled with positive feedback for her. Went in today to make a complaint and were informed she’s no longer there. GREAT decision on their part. Because of Jake we are happy to continue going to this store, he was super polite, checked our account, and even got us to laugh about this experience. Thanks man great job!”
