If only I could give a hundred stars, I rarely (rarely, being only once before this) leave a google review, but I must, since this is the place where I had my best customer experience.
I don't ask for much as a costumer, if you say no then I'll say okay but I've never heard TYLER say no, he went above and beyond! I can say I've never really seen anyone going above and beyond until now.
Tyler is awesome, all the staff that a I encountered were awesome. Verizon might not help you but the people in this store definitely will.

Yesterday my family and I switched from T-mobile to Verizon. I had gone in a few days ago and Edward spent probably an hour with me going over numbers and giving me an idea what it would cost to switch. He knew I wasn’t making a purchase that day, and still he had great customer service.
We went back yesterday to officially switch all 4 lines over, including getting all new phones. If you’ve ever done this you know it’s very time consuming. Edward spent hours with us getting our account going and setting up all phones. He was never pushy on anything, and he was wonderful at explaining every step of the process. He even took the time to show our daughters all the new features they would have on their new phones, after already spending so much time with us. He provided wonderful customer service, his humor and happiness also made the experience great. My husband and I walked out happy and agreeing that Edward is a great asset to his job, you can tell he cares and we hope he is recognized for his efforts in his career.

The staff was extremely helpful! They fixed my billing and plan issues that were set up incorrectly over the phone. They made sure that it was the right plan for me and saved me as much money as possible.

I am very pleased with all of Scott's help. He did all of the work for us. He switched my auto pay to my new card. When he sold us our phones he set them all up for us because I wouldn't be able to. I will be referring any one I know to come to him.

First time we have been in a Verizon store and it didn't feel like a 3 ring circus
