“John is the only person I trust with my 69 vette. He was able to get me in for a same day battery swap. He went the extra mile and installed a top connector battery to make it easier for me. He is honest and rest assured the job will be done right at his shop.”

“It's usually a sign of a good business when you see the same people there for a long time. Chip and some of the other guys have been there for what, like 30 years? Always a pleasure to go and get good service. Also the parts ain't shyte like the checkered flag shysters down the road.”

“I went to the Alden, NY location to return a defective wiper. Graham was at the counter and took action to take care of everything. He was very patient, polite and held doors open for me as we had to go back and forth to my car to get the right wiper addressed. Very good customer service!!”
