Went there to get an initial estimate on a repair to my bumper, guy was behind the counter smoking a cigarette, didn’t acknowledge me for a solid 3-5 minutes. Once he finally did he asked what I needed and I said I just called about getting an estimate. He walked outside, took a quick glance and asked if I was using insurance. I said yes, and told him how much they estimated it to cost. He said that sounds more than reasonable, but I asked if he thinks it would cost less. Immediately told me “you’re not making money off me, BYE” and turned around and closed the door. Sounds like a really fantastic business model to get customers. Would never recommend even stepping foot on this property.

Had a problem with a dragging left front brake caliper. My vehicle had new master cylinder, calipers, rotors, brake pads, brake hoses & lines, and proportioning valve. Mechanic misdiagnosed the problem 3 times, each time billing me, replacing already new parts, and telling me it was fixed when it wasn't. They replaced a new brake hose 1st, then a new caliper, same problem. The last time they said the ABS module was defective, very expensive and discontinued and probably unavailable. I ended up fixing the truck myself and traced the problem to pressure remaining in the LF brake caliper. With the LF wheel locked up I loosened the bleeder on the LF caliper and the brake released, therefore I new it was pressure remaining in the caliper and not mechanically dragging. Then I bypassed the ABS by connecting the front brake directly from the master cylinder to the proportioning valve. Same problem, I mistakenly still had some confidence in the BNH mechanic. Next with the caliper locked I loosened the brake line at the proportioning valve and the caliper released. Next I loosened the brake line at the master cylinder and the caliper remained locked. I replaced the proportioning valve and the problem was fixed. This wasn't brain surgery I'm only an amateur mechanic and this was basic stuff. 3 wasted trips the BNH and a few hundred wasted dollars for a repair that should have taken an hour and $50 in parts. They billed for three repairs that didn't fix the problem, but the worst part is that they told me it was fixed 3 times when it wasn't. Absolutely no excuse for this.
