This location is terrible!! The store rep is rude and lacks the necessary knowledge to adequately represent Verizon equipment and the various cellular software. He was not helpful and was unable to activate an Iphone successfully, he even hung up on me and insinuated that the cell phone was stolen! This person should be fired at minimum! Verizon should file a suit against this man for the way he is representing their company! If you are looking for help for your Verizon account or cell phone, call Verizon customer service directly, they are knowledgeable and knew right away how to fix the issue with the cell phone.
