My family has gone to Drogi and Son’s since I was a kid. They do great work and are reliable. I just picked up my 2015 Subaru Forester from a collision repair and it is as good as new.

John is fair and honest in his pricing and assessments of what needs to be done to a vehicle. I’ve been a customer for well over 20 years.

We found Drogi & Sons Automotive by accident after having a shop that started off as reliable and turned out to be not as great as we thought. It was the BEST accident we have ever had. We have gone to this amazing shop for all of our collision needs ever since. They are friendly, honest, fast and do what it takes to get the job done. They have gone beyond the scope of the every day collision shop and have gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of no matter w

Avoid Drogi & Sons - Untrustworthy, Unprofessional, Rude, Terrible Work.I rarely write reviews but this was so bad that it needs to be shared!I had a 31 Ford Model A delivered to their shop in January for a small fuel leak out of the carburetor. We've owned the car for 17 years and it ran great until we noticed the small leak at the end of the last season. I was assured it would be no problem to fix the issue and the car would be ready for summer.I called almost monthly for updates since I wasn't hearing what progress was being made.In May (5-months after receiving the car) the receptionist joked that the owner is probably showing the car more than they are working on it...I was able to connect with John and said that it would be ready soon and they were working on it. We had a couple more conversations in May and June where they assured me it was being worked on.By the end of June, 6-months now, I said if it was going to take much longer I would need to tow the car from the shop to another shop so it could be enjoyed on the road once again. I was once again assured that it would be ready very soon. I informed John that my dad takes that car on annual outing and that date was July 10; I let John know that my dad is elderly and not in great health and it was very important for me to have his car back in time for the event. John once again assured me that it would be ready.I never heard from John, although he claims that he called me on the day of the even (July 10) to tell me it would need more work... I did not have any missed calls or voicemails. On July 26 I took a ride out to the shop to make sure that the car was still there and didn't disappear. I knew at this point I could no longer trust what I was hearing and that what should've been a simple job was now 7-months of waiting...Only July 28, I met a tow truck driver at the shop to have it towed to another shop that I felt more comfortable with. Now I needed to have the car really gone through since I didn't trust what they may have done to it.Before I could leave, John insisted I pay $800 for the work they did - which was a new carburetor (that was not installed correctly). Also worht noting the intake filter was laying in the passenger seat and not put back on. I was fuming that they strung me along for 7-months, caused my dad to miss what will likely be his last chance to enjoy the car on his annual outing and they didn't give a darn. I was shocked they wanted full payment after holding the car for 7-months and it still not being fixed. In my business, when we screw up that bad we eat it! The carburetor should've cost around $350 but they claim it was $560 as well. They did end up taking the bill down to $700... What a pathetic joke. They insulted me by saying I must be an auto hustler (whatever that is) and continued to bash me and defend their actions - they also said the new cars take priority here and that it's normal for cars to sit here that long! I have plenty of storage, lifts, and cars, I did not need a shop to store my car, I needed them to make a quick repair and get it back to me. Again, not only did I not receive an apology, they made it clear they didn't care about me or my car. They have no integrity whatsoever!!Upon examining the car at the new shop, they informed the carburetor they installed was not done correctly, the fuel pump also needed to be replaced, the spark plugs were completely black and there was a crushed muffler which looked like it was recent damage likely caused in their shop. The front of the car is very low so for a muffler to be crushed the front would've been damaged as well. I'm just happy I was able to save my car from them and get it to a shop that has pride in the work they do and treats the customer properly. Had they known we have an extensive car collection with significant ties in the auto industry maybe I would've had a better experience.

Excellent automotive care. Mr. Drogi and his staff are great about answering any questions and getting you in for fast service. Recently my wife hit a deer. They called and invited me over daily to talk about the process and pricing to make sure we were totally satisfied with everything and that it met all of our needs. Love dealing with them. Even though they had several other cars we had her car which insurance wanted to total back and fully functional within a week- including Thanksgiving.

Jon is the best mechanic I've ever used. I originally had other mechanics throwing in new parts willy nilly but he ran sensor diagnostics and found the actual problem on the first try, and I've been going to him ever since. He's an honest guy, which is getting harder to find in a mechanic these days. He doesn't jack up parts prices or embellish the need to replace/repair unnecessary things like many chain shops do if they think you don't know about cars. It's a bit of a drive for me to get out there but if I can't do something myself, he's the guy I go to. The only problem is that he's always busy, so it might take a little while before he can get your car in. We'll with the wait in my opinion though.
