I always like to give the benefit of the doubt, however this pharmacy is staffed by the unfriendliest people. It always seems like a hassle when calling. Now correct me if I am wrong, but the orders supplied keep your store in business as do the customers. I know customer service is difficult this day and age, but compassion should not be when you're in the industry.

This is the ALDEN RITE AID...the women that come to the drive thru window are very RUDE never are they pleasant to customers. Act is if you are bothering them

The website shows the Pharmacy closes at 8 pm, I run up at 6:45 and it was closed.

There is only one VERY friendly young woman that works in the pharmacy. I like when she cashed me out. Everyone else is just short and curt, even when they answer the phone. I only use them because it's closed to work. I realize pharmacists and pharmacy have been REALLY overworked especially since the covid outbreak but they still need to be nice to the customers.

Really surprised this Rite Aid is only averaging 3 stars atm... The workers there are great, especially at the pharmacy. They've always had my prescriptions filled, and can't understand how people say they aren't. I literally get a text when they are filled and have NEVER went there and not had them ready.Not only this, there were 1-2 occasions of the last 5 years where I either needed my script a day or 2 early due to vacation, or simply wanted to line up my medications on the same day... And they were very kind.Even on a recent day where I could tell the workers were very stressed, I had to leave Alden and instead of making me wait for the night when I seemed upset (Just in general) he offered to just fill my script now since I couldn't wait a hour.I'd love to know if these people who leave a bad review have only had "1" bad experience or if this is constant for them... Because I just don't see it. I am always welcomed when I enter the store, and when I leave they always say goodbye/have a nice day.

I had order my prescription 2 days prior to my pick up day. Yet again the scripts had not been filled. There was refills still available on each script so there was no need to call my doctor. The unfriendly clerk was rude, she just said I would have to wait 15-20 minutes and someone could fill them. This has happend the last 3 times I have filled my scripts, if they need more time then they should say so when you order the scripts. The price of gas, my waisted time and aggravation isn't worth to continue shopping at this store. Oh my doctor did order a new script for me 1 day prior and that script was ready.

Like going here. Pharmacy is quick but they do not always have scripts ready for a few days. I would refill early so you have them on time.

If they say your prescription is ready, most likely it’s not. And when you go to collect your prescription, the staff acts like you are intruding in their home. One lady actually asked me “do you need these right now?”. If I could go to another pharmacy I would, horrible experience the last 4 times I was there. Straight up rude service.
