The people in this pharmacy are fantastic. I love the pharmacists that work here...they are friendly and very helpful. They always answer all my questions and are even great at giving shots. I don't go anywhere else for my meds!

For two decades, we got all of our meds through this store, and when my husband retired, he changed it to another branch, just for the sake of convenience, as he wasn't driving past the Alden store on his way home from work any longer. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about them, and when we recently had an issue that our present pharmacy could not help with, they came through with grace, kindness, efficiency and timeliness. We cannot recommend them enough!

I am so happy with this pharmacy! I was a Lifetime Health/ HealthCarePlan member since about 1988 and they were my pharmacy for years. I believe it is crucial to have a close pharmacy relationship. They pick up on issues that providers overlook, very often. This Tops has wonderful staff. Every single one of them are caring, careful and take the time to answer questions, concerns and do so honestly. I just received a new diagnosis and prescription for a drug that is controversial on the internet. More so than my primary care office, these ladies went over all of my questions, concerns and took the time to call me back later that day to tell me what I could expect to pay. My insurance carrier pushes delivery pharmacy. I never want that because they will not know me, my concerns, and I wouldn't have the wonderful trusting relationship I have with this pharmacy . All of you, thanks from my whole heart and soul! I appreciate you. Michelle
