Called to ask someone to check if they had something in stock and the woman that picked up the phone was very rude. Didn’t even go look on the shelf’s like the 3 other stores I called and then tried to tell me what I was looking for didn’t exist when I was telling her that I already own that item that I bought from them and is in front of me. Other stores went and looked and told me they were sold out. She was Very rude

My pup loves when we go here they have the vet u highly recommend they are nice and fast! Some have the dog wash station for $10 bucks how can you go wrong full service!

Outstanding customer service from the General Manager. I encountered a problem with a delivery order and the general manager fixed the issue almost effortlessly. It's nice to see a manager take pride in their work and take care of their clients! Thank You!

I don’t know if it was the general manager or what but there is an employee named Sydney who most definitely deserves a raise !! Beyond helpful.. I called about live birds after they stopped selling and she gave me information looked it up and omg I could go on and on!!! Sydney thank you so much!

I love this place. It's the one in Alden NY. They have a lot of inexpensive items there plus did you know you can bring your dog and cat or any other animals there. They have a ventinarian inside towards the back. The vet is very nice. He would love you to come out and see them therePlus they have the cutest baby chicks too.
