Verizon in Alden NY
I had to get a new phone today ( I lost my current phone)
We were helped by Jessica. We were so impressed by her knowledge and professionalism!!!! She definitely went above and beyond to help us. We were at the store an hour and 40 min after closing, completing our purchase.
Alden Verizon is fortunate to have an employee like her !!!!

Went to this location while having connectivity issues and phone was going into SOS mode. Stopped in to try a new SIM card and they tried to charge me for a SIM card. Even on Verizon’s website SIM cards are free when having connectivity issues. Went to the East Aurora location and got a SIM card at no cost. Problem solved!
