She welcome me here. 1st day helped me w/ changing my address & 4 days later she helped me w/ a verified letter 2 send. “The good: excellent service! Accepts non-USPS deliveries (e.g., accepts UPS and FedEx)! The bad: No longer provides recycling or trash receptacles except at the counter (i.e., you can throw away your used packing materials only during counter hours).”
