I just had my wife drive to pick up some junk food and drinks. The current employee did nothing but complain about the store manager, and had food on that was at least 4 hrs old. It all looked burnt the pizza was more dry than the dessert. Sad sight to see; bc, I know when I worked at that store food was always fresh. Sad honestly.

There is never any receipt paper in the pumps. I always have to go inside to get my receipt and usually have to wait in line when I'm not even buying anything else. How convenient is that??! It seems understaffed and that's on the owner!

A nice employee named Kate helped me out a lot! She is a really good cashier and super nice. I highly recommend visiting allegany 7/11 after my experience!

Both girls working were insanely rude. I was honestly embarrassed for them. The older one’s name was Holly. We filled up with gas on a road trip and stopped in for some drinks. The two women were commenting loudly across the store about how long the person was taking in the bathroom even though I had just witnessed them going in. And they proceeded to complain about the smell and this is why they shouldn’t have a public restroom and that they would be locking it after. Not to mention the place was a mess. The drink station was covered in trash and very sticky. The younger girl was rolling her eyes and pushing past people the whole time. I’ve worked in the service industry my whole life, I can’t imagine representing a company or working somewhere with this little regard for customers let alone ones that are actually being pleasant. Both employees obviously need a retrain of acceptable service standards.

They have such good food! We make special trips over there from Bradford just for the foods! Today we had the Big Ugly hot dog shaped hamburger things on a roll with nacho cheese and chili on them. Soo yummy! ? But the last couple times we were there I bought cheesey stuffed bread and Alicia had mini tacos. The food really is good. They sell alcohol and gas also. My girlfriend and I love the place!

I just bought a Italian sub with peppers on it. Every pepper on my sub was a top and I even found a 2 inch long stem in my sub. Will NOT be getting my money anymore.
