Rude help not friendly at all

Absolutely horrendous bank. Not only are they stuck in the 1980s by forcing you to send a hand written letter to change your address on a loan, but they are also unwilling to own their mistakes. Even after an update on my address, they still sent my title to an address I haven’t lived at for 7 years.
Now I have to pay fees to obtain a new title and more paperwork for their mistake.
If you read this far, I recommend taking a loan from just about any other bank you can find.
EDIT: The location bank leadership isn’t even willing to make this right. They just responded with a default reply and said go talk to corporate.
Another reason to not waste your time at this poorly ran establishment.

Apart from the fact that banks use our money without our authorization to give loans and charge interest and not pay us what owed for using OUR money make a profit , this place is not helpful, their God is money and numbers, NOT HELPING HUMAN BEINGS, just like any other money dealing business
When someone is talking and you switch them while they are talking on hold, it's like spitting on our face, massively disrespectful
In the past I came for help again and nothing, forgot to return calls and more . .
I am forced to take my business elsewhere SOON

Would give ZERO stars if I could!!! BEWARE! Archaic ways of working; have to send letters in the mail to change your address / update information and even when you do, they STILL don’t update your profile and send your important documents to the wrong places!

Terrible bank. They are miserable to work with. It’s one thing to be incompetent, it adds a whole additional layer when they are rude and unwilling to accept responsibility.

Some tellers are very rude and will call you names when coming to get rolls of coins for the register at work. Also says we need to call the bank before coming to see if they have money.

This is the best bank I've ever dealt with. Interest rates are competitive. They have free checking and when you open an account they give you a free gift. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Every person I have ever dealt with is wonderful.

The tellers are fabulous. Very nice, wonderful customer service. The manager, however, is a rude, vindictive woman. She lacks customer service skills, and should not work with people.
