I used to like coming here but the Philippine lady at self checkout is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people makes the shopping experience unpleasant

I was going to enter the restroom and I saw a old guy name Frank walking down the narrow hallway I was being nice and waited to let him walk pass but he stops opens the women’s bathroom and says “just go in there” I was so confused I guess he’s been trying to clean the bathroom but still just because your a grumpy old man doesn’t mean you need to be rude and there was another guy that walked by laughed and said “Frank gives up” very unprofessional.

I wanted fish for supper today but did not have my cold packs with me! Rob, behind the fish counter went above & beyond to get me a bag with ice when he heard that I had a hour & a half drive home! NOW THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hanny is way way better than price chopper! The Esperance store is excellent and serves a huge need in the community.
They could improve on some packing issues with cold cuts and in-store breads.
Definitely get the store made Gourmet Salted Caramel cookies - amazing.

Nice store ..very stocked. But every time I walk in I noticed very few carts. When I asked about it they said they were understaffed. So every other store has enough employees but this one??!??

Exactly what you would expect of a Hannaford. It is one of the smaller locations in the area but still has a good selection.

I took a star away because they took away the freshly sliced deli... I want to see my cold cuts being bagged in front of me. I won't buy pre cut
Otherwise I am happy with the rest of the store. Nice wide aisles, clean bathrooms. Helpful staff. Never too long a line. Pharmacy are super friendly
