Mark is amazing. I came to him last minute without an appointment. I was desperately looking for a mechanic to look at my car so I wouldn't need to take a rental on a vacation I had planned this weekend; my fiancee called him and told her he was more than willing to look at it the same day and see what he could do.
He was able to diagnose the issue and attempted the cheaper way of fixing it first (my throttle body was acting up) and from his experience normally cleaning it is all it takes to fix the issue. He stayed late so I could pick it up and when on the way home it went back to acting up he stayed even later so I could get my car back to him and made sure before he left the store for the night I had a ride home.
He replaced my throttle body for me the next day and got it back to me before noon.
He saved my life and I can't thank him enough.
And while people say he has no people skills I'd argue that he's honestly just straight to the point. He's not gonna sugar coat his words and dance around it. He's gonna tell you exactly what was wrong, what probably caused it, and how he fixed it.
I live 30 to 45 minutes from his shop and he sold me in one visit to make him my mechanic for the rest of my life.

We were stopped coming from Montreal in this garage near closing time. This nice gentleman helped us with our vehicle emergency (we were driving to Florida for vacation). Very courteous, professional and found the problem and helped us. Thank you again for taking the time, for your excellent service and help during our first day of vacation! I recommend without hesitation!!!

Never go here. He is rude, has the worst attitude, and gives no care to customer service. My first time, i gave him the benefit of doubt, but the next time i went he ended up SCAMMING me. He’s an angry old man that needs to just retire. I have gone to him many times but after this i’ll NEVER come back. He cares more about money then his customers.
There are much better places to go to then here. Don’t waste your time or money.

I just used Turnpike Auto for the first time based on a recommendation from a friend. Mark is great, I dropped my car off in the morning and I was able to pick it up in the afternoon. He charged a fair price and I feel like I can trust him.
