“Bob and Chris do a good job keeping my vehicles on the road. Their prices are fair. Its nice that when they call you with the estimate you are talking to the mechanic not some service writer or upseller. They can tell you exactly what's going on and let you know the severity of the issue.I've had tires, brakes, suspension, batteries, engine diagnostics, all done there and its nice having honest people work on your car.The only downside is they don't do NY state inspections.Services: Battery”

“My wife and I were traveling to Syracuse and got off the highway to find a bathroom. Without realizing that they were closed for remodeling, we walked right in. A gentlemen let us know that they weren't open until Monday, and when I asked if he knew if any of the other gas stations had a restroom, he kindly ushered us towards his own. As we were thanking him on the way out, he offered us some subway sandwiches free of charge as the workers were practicing for their opening. Stumbling upon the store and these very kind people was a complete accident, but we will be stopping any time we are in the area in the future! Their kindness was a perfect way to "end" our 4.5hr drive!”

“I was driving north on Rte 81, about an hour away from my destination, when I finally had to get off the highway and find a service station for a car problem. 1) I was lucky to find Wayne's Automotive as most auto places are closed on Saturdays. 2) Wayne was great--he diagnosed the problem and did a re-set which improved my car's performance and saved my trip!! 3) Affordable price! Would recommend this auto shop to anyone!”
“Everyone we worked with at Bob Johnson Ford was courteous and helpful, and we especially appreciated that the vehicle we wanted to test drive was ready to go when we got there because we had called ahead. It was a pre-owned vehicle and they were willing to negotiate on one bit of minor damage that we found, leaving all parties happy.There was a bit of a disconnect between sales and service though. We came back the next week to pick up the vehicle, to find out that last minute it hadn't passed inspection because of bad tire wear. They had a new set of tires put on for free, which we are very grateful for, but because of timing we weren't able to get the vehicle until the next day, meaning we've driven an hour each way to pick up a car that we couldn't bring home. That said, they were very accommodating and after the new tires were put on, they had someone drive down to us to take care of the paperwork and drop off the car.I'll definitely keep Bob Johnson Ford on my radar the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.”
