As a participating member of the stop and shop rewards program, this station makes it impossible to redeem what is coming to you. The ambivalent/ apathetic employee is incapable of comprehending what it actually is, and you end up paying the price gouging price of gas. A real shame.

If I could give zero stars I would. After 2 rounds in the $24 car wash, my car was as dirty as it was when I went through the first time. Truly, I think it was worse. The woman who answered the phone wouldn't take a message. She repeatedly hung up the phone on me. SAVE YOUR MONEY ON THIS OVERPRICED PIECE OF S%$#. You could buy a hose and car wash and still pay a child to wash the car better. A disgrace!

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. The bigger Hispanic women who works here at night is DISGUSTING she was stuck on her phone and ignored us. She than took a pen out of her hair for my husband to sign his receipt that had white stuff all over it. But he signed anyway and slid the receipt to her. She than accused him of throwing the receipt because he didn’t place it into her hand. Normally we do but after removing a dirty pen from your hair no thanks! Her attitude was disturbing and completely uncalled for.

I called to ask about filling my tank with propane. I made sure (3 times) with the woman on the phone that they could fill vs. exchange my bottle. She confirmed. I drove 30minutes to get there, only to learn that they only do bottle exchange!!!!

This is quite possibly the worst gas station I've ever been to. When I say they're overpriced and nothing in the store is fresh, I'm not exaggerating. Everything is twice as much as it is in the rest of the area. There's a rude Spanish woman that works there daily.. but I feel sorry for her, so I give her a pass. Really this place deserves 0 stars ?

Such a great experience at Victor's! $21 for a full service exterior car wash that left my car sparkly clean. Highly recommend!

I took my really filthy car for a wash; the courteous employees did an excellent job. There are 3 price & service choices.

They considerably over charge, take to much time for something small & they do more damage when repairing. It has cost me an additional $500 to repair what they did.

We were on vacation on the South Fork when we realized that our car inspection had expired. Our fault. Big problem because traffic enforcement is in full force in all South Fork towns during the Summer. We drove around all morning looking for a place to inspect the car. Hated to have to do this while on vacation. Victor (the owner) was the only reassuring and pragmatic voice we heard during this ordeal. We loved his demeanor. The car needed a new tire to pass inspection and he took care of it in no time. We consider Victor one of the good guys, and told him as such.
